The customer service is second to none, can’t do enough for you. All the staff are so polite and knowledgeable. Get everything you need in one place. Sunbeds are well maintained and hot. Would recommend.

Absolutely amazing service. Kriz done such a wonderful job. She has such a great attention to detail. Made me feel very comfortable. I loved the service so much especially when she kept showing me my eyelashes and asked if I wanted them more fuller or not and length which really reassured me of them not being too much just the way I wanted them. Overall the whole place is great and very welcoming also I love how they offer a range of services which is amazing. Very pleased with the results x

Had such a lovely back, neck and shoulder, hot stone massage and it was sooo relaxing. The lady noticed my problem areas with the tension around my right shoulder and managed to release the tension I've had around it. It was sooo relaxing I fell asleep lol would definitely go again #feelingpampered

Can’t recommend the sunbeds enough, I’ve used others before and never go as brown as I do with urban oasis’s beds, my favourite being the high pressure 10/50 highly rate them :)

The service was great, I arrived 10 mins early and was able to be seen. I was greeted professionally and made comfortable. My beautician carried out the tint following my natural brow shape and the colour recommendation was spot on!
