Had such a lovely back, neck and shoulder, hot stone massage and it was sooo relaxing. The lady noticed my problem areas with the tension around my right shoulder and managed to release the tension I've had around it. It was sooo relaxing I fell asleep lol would definitely go again #feelingpampered

Can’t recommend the sunbeds enough, I’ve used others before and never go as brown as I do with urban oasis’s beds, my favourite being the high pressure 10/50 highly rate them :)

The service was great, I arrived 10 mins early and was able to be seen. I was greeted professionally and made comfortable. My beautician carried out the tint following my natural brow shape and the colour recommendation was spot on!

I had a very pleasant experience with kriz, she way very polite and welcoming, was very gentle as she was working around my eyes, she even took the time to show me around the salon and helped me with my enquiries about the sunbeds, I will definitely be coming back, I had such a lovely reception from all the staff I spoke to and they made my experience wonderful, I would recommend to anyone as they have a lot of available treatments for everyone.

I had two appointments today, one for my micro blading brows and another to have my hair extensions reset. I was so nervous about having my brows done as I’ve had 00s thin brows since, well, the naughtiest! But Shan was lovely! She talked me through every step and we adjusted the brows together until I was happy. I’m so in love with them! I then went straight to get my hair done and the service was efficient and professional as always and my hair looks awesome! I left Urban Oasis feeling like a Queen ?

Have always had a lovely experience here, I was someone who was a little scared of salons but this place made me feel so comfortable that I keep coming back. They are great and they offer so much and are very good at what they do.
My first time using this particular sunbed shop although I regularly use them. I was only allowed to go on for 6 minutes as it was the first time. I am very tanned and that is not enough for me. I felt discriminated against, I even asked to change the box id ticked on the form but was told it’s a legally binding contract. That’s there policy they can do what they want but I don’t agree with it.
We are sorry you were unhappy with our policy. We are rated highly for our sunbeds, and this includes sunbed management and safety. Whenever anyone starts using our beds we ask them to complete a form, which should be true to the best of their knowledge, hence why when you ticked your skin type this allowed you to start at 6 minutes. To allow you to edit your skin type to an untrue answer to get a higher amounts of minutes is both dangerous, and irresponsible, something we are not prepared to do. After completing your 6 minutes you could have increased on your next visit, this was explained clearly at the time of signing up. Normally clients are happy to follow our guidance, after many years working with Sunbeds we have a good knowledge, and can advise clients how to get the best tan.
I had my hair cut and my ears pierced. Jasmine was great and understood exactly the problems of having curly hair .Very relaxed and pleasant visit and really pleased with my hair.More than happy to recommend this salon.
