As always lovely service, very helpful staff

Daughter came in for her fronts to be blonde, made the hairdresser aware it was yellow in which I was told it was fine, patch at the front was “fixed” then other patches left (without us realising prior to leaving.) so had to return. Having a relative own a salon and watching her, I’m aware of the process in which to apply dye and unfortunately I don’t think it was done properly in the first instance (reapplication after first one left ends looking knotty as was brushed upward a lot, was dying the underneath by peeling upward suggesting too much hair in the foil as it should be evenly coated from the application on top) and then when the patch was pointed out a small amount of bleach was put on top of it (for half the time the rest of the bleach was) leaving it very patchy yellow and sad looking.

Had to call to get it fixed but Jasmine was amazing and will be our future stylist - could not recommend her more!! Fab service just a fab person in general! Fixed the issues that we had and was just an overall amazing person to deal with so will mark her 5*.

The lady who did the job in the first instance may have been having a bad day etc, realistically it could of been anything so won’t discount her efforts but it was daughters first salon appointment with more than just a hair cut so she was gutted as was I.

I also had my hair done which was a blunt cut, completely straight (as was daughters) even though it’s evident hair was feathered and choppy at the bottom (I’m not even sure mine is straight truth be told) so would return but not to the same stylist unfortunately as lovely as she was.

The staff were really helpful, found an appointment for me and my friends for a massage and are super friendly. Beds are clean and tidy.

Today I had a whole head of highlights done. I have thought about having this done for a few years.It is only now I felt confident enough in my hairdresser to give it ago.As always Jasmine was great and although it is a huge change I'm loving my new colour and how it enhances my curls. Great salon, relaxing atmosphere and always leave a happy customer.

Been having my lashes done for a while now with Shanon and can say hand on heart she is the nicest girl ever. Make you feel at ease and always asking if things are ok as she’s doing her work. I’ve always loved my lashes and can’t wait to have my appoint with her.

I am so happy this place exists, I have never had a bad experience here. Staff are friendly and genuinely seem to care. I have had a few treatments and I would highly recommend all of them. Looking forward to my next visit
