Every time I go to Charisma I am more determined to never go elsewhere! The staff are friendly, understanding, highly professional and extremely good at their jobs. It's also brilliant value for money. I've been going there regularly for four years and have never once had anything other than a fantastic experience.

Fantastic full body massage in a lovely warm room, really relaxing and reviving. shame I had to go back to work!

Had a foot pamper £25.. Thought i'd book as I had £10 in points to use. Kellie was brilliant and attentive as usual & treatments were nice but I didn't have the removal of my Polish or nail tidy which was included. Went to pay and was told I couldn't take my £10 off as a promotion (the offer on Facebook never stated that) as I wouldn't have booked that one, I would have had the foot pamper which included a Polish for the same price and I'd have had the £10 taken off so I was really upset about it. I have used the salon a lot and found it quite unfair I couldn't use my points I had earned.. Probably won't book a Promotion offer again...

I took my daughter for her first princess manicure and I had the file and paint. The girls were brilliant, friendly and professional from the minute we arrived. The salon itself is nice and the choice of nail colours is great. We will definitely be booking in again soon!

I love all my treatments......all the lovely girls are so friendly experienced and welcoming......I feel like part of the family.....I always feel on top of the world when I come out of salon.....the beauty rooms upstairs are comfortable and relaxing (I always nod off!).....the nail and pedicure area downstairs is fresh and airy.....I haven't used the makeup area as yet .....but will do soon......I can totally recommend all the treatments I have had from nails and pedicure to hot stone massage and lash lift.....and all the others I've tried......it's my Heaven on the Hill.......but I will share it with you ?

I absolutely love this salon. Staff are so friendly, it's very welcoming and I always leave feeling like I've had a great pamper. I'm a regular, get my nails done every 3 weeks and I get so excited going in to have a chat with the girls and have some beautiful nails. Highly recommend!

Charisma is everything you hope a nail salon to be - the salon is bright, the ladies are lovely, you always get offered a cuppa and most importantly they are great at what they do! My nails are strong, healthy and the gel always lasts 3 weeks with no need for a break - highly recommend these girls! A+++

Every time I come into Charisma I have such a lovely and welcoming experience! The girls are all amazing and friendly! I've had most of my treatments with Hayley and she's so lovely and easy to chat away to and she's so professional and I always love the results! Will definitely be coming back again and again!

Always have my arms done here very good staff very friendly and does the job well.

Highly recommended,super friendly and accommodating they squeezed me in last minute as a walk-in for gel on hands and feet! Lot's of compliments on my nails and they have held on through a whole week of crossfit training! (So far so good!) Definitely going to book again in the future!
