Charisma Beauty & Nails

After not having a wax for 4 years I was a little nervous about having one. Ruth made me feel so comfortable and was excellent at what she was doing. I left feeling happy and very pleased with the end result.
I'll definitely be going back in the future.

A perfect place to have manicures and pedicures as a group before a very special wedding tomorrow. Friendly beauticians and we've all left feeling serene and relaxed before the big day!

Kirsty was fantastic with Katie she talked her through every stage and answered all her questions. Kirsty worked miracles on such short nails, fingers crossed this stops her from biting them. Katie is very very happy with them.

I've been to several other salons in Norwich, but never quite felt the same welcome as at Charisma. One visit here and I knew I wouldn't go anywhere else. It's been several years now since my 1st visit and they truly make you feel like part of a family. The team are all so lovely and friendly but also completely professional and excellent at what they do.

I had a great massage from Kelly it was very relaxing got asked from start how I like my massage. Then if I found it a bit rough to let kelly know. Was great service will be back x

Love going to Charisma to get my nails done - there's a real family feel to this salon... Leanne and the team are so friendly and they genuinely love what they do. The atmosphere is very relaxed and welcoming. Couldn't imagine going anywhere else!!!

I have been coming here for quite a few years and from the first moment I visited I was treated as a friend rather then then a client. I love having my nails done and sometimes a lovely massage. Suzy and Leanne are very talented. Abd it shows what a lovely boss Charlotte is from seeing how happy they all are at work.

Ruth is an excellent beauty therapist. She is professional, efficient, friendly
and experienced. Highly recommend. Charisma salon is an extremely good choice for any beauty treatment.

Myself and my partner visited today. I had a full body massage and he had a back and neck massage. Both us of came away feeling so relaxed. He has had massages before and said it was the best he has ever had. I have never had a massage but was really impressed and it was lovely and relaxing. Had a gel polish yesterday with Lisa... a lovely experience and an excellent result with which I am thrilled. I was very pleased to have been fitted in for an appointment at short notice after a cancellation too.

I have also had my nails done by the lovely Kelly and have also been delighted by her service.

This salon stands alone. It is friendly, reasonably priced and extremely professional. I have yet to find another salon in Norwich which fulfils all these criteria. Even the salon answerphone message is delivered in a happy and welcoming way.
The therapists are superb and always make me feel welcome.
I cannot recommend Charisma highly enough.

I was bought a gift card for Xmas, which I was excited to be able to treat myself to a full body massage and exfoliating scrub treatment! It was amazing and lived up to my expectations. All the girls were welcoming and Kelly (I believe it was) was very friendly and made me feel very at ease. She was very helpful in my dilemma as I had in fact left my gift card at home, but I managed to pay with it over the phone when I got home which was very trusting of her to let me do this, which I was very grateful for! :)

Just visited charisma for the first time and I will definitely be returning. Kelly was brilliant, friendly and I now have lovely nails. There is so many colours to choose from!

I visited the salon today and had a full body massage with Hayley, it was bliss!!! It was a birthday gift and the best present ever. I would highly recommend this treatment for full relaxation for the body and the mind. I will be returning for further treatments ????

I had Suzy for a gel polish treatment. The service was outstanding, Suzy and her colleagues were professional and very friendly. The choice of colours is huge and the end quality is lovely.

I had a Hollywood wax and have been for a wax at Charisma before. Leanne who waxed me is always super nice and keen to get to know her customers. Last time I went I told her that I was going on holiday and then during this wax Leanne had clearly remembered and was asking me all about it and was so friendly and lovely to talk to. All the girls are lovely at Charisma and deliver such a top service of beauty treatments. I love it so much that I have already booked my next appointment and will continue to go and spread the word to my friends. Thanks Leanne!

Leanne did my wax today. She is amazing! A really lovely lady, the chat flowed easily and she was very skilled. It didn't hurt at all and Leanne was good and thorough.
I will definitely return for an appointment with Leanne.

I 'm so happy I 've discovered Charisma! I mostly have my nails done at the salon and I 'm more than happy with the results every signle time! There is abundance of colour options and all the girls there are so nice and professional. I definitely recommend Charisma!

I regularly book in at Charisma for a massage. They are really good value for money, the staff are so friendly and helpful and the massages are always amazing. Couldn't recommend them higher.
