Had a lovely relaxing facial today. My skin feels so much better, would definitely recommend this treatment.

Shame about the plasterboard walls whereby you can hear everything going on the other side of the plasterboard so doesn't exactly make for a relaxing experience. Also the masseuse had to keep leaving the room to get hot water so I was left on my own for several minutes during which I could hear her having contractions with other employees. My masseuse was very nice but overall I didn't feel relaxed at all. Sorry :-(

Went back after not being a customer for many years and was greated with a warm welcome and friendly face. Was great to see old faces again and had a great treatment. Will certainly be returning. Thank you all so much xxx

Absolutely love this salon. All the staff are great but I mainly like to stick with kellie who has always exceeded my expectations when having my gel nails done. This week I also had the detox special offer and am now all ready for my holiday. This salon never makes you feel uncomfortable or out of place and is always a joy to go to.

The massage was absolutely amazing! Really eased the huge amount of tension in my shoulders. Thank you!

Could not fault the amazing service provided today, I work out in the gym a lot so my muscles get knotted and tight the massage provided today was amazing and released the tension that has built up , I will with out a dout be booking myself in again with Hayley , anyone looking for a great massage then this is the places and Hayley is your lady .

Been here twice now lovely staff and not very often i get my nails done but the first time was in november for my wedding, staff friendly and reasonably priced would recommend this place to anyone

I visited charisma today with my cousin and my 9yr old daughter for a girly day. The staff were so lovely and accommodating, some places can be off with children being around but not these ladies. My daughter was made to feel pampered and really grown up for the time we were there, she had a princess manicure and a fancy feet pedicure, she loved every minute and got to take the varnish home with her. I had a callus peel and gel pedicure, my feet feel and look amazing! Will definitely be returning. Thank you

When I first came to Charisma I gave Kellie the challenge of getting the acrylic nails I'd had for 4 years off...she was patient and kind the whole time. I have been coming back every month since for two years and I genuinely wouldn't even think about going elsewhere. You're welcomed as you walk through the door and it feels like such a family atmosphere when you're there. I don't just feel like a client when I walk in, I feel like a friend. Kellie is the most kind natured and funny person, I feel so relaxed around her and she is more than happy to accommodate my odd requests! I couldn't recommend this salon or the girls who work here more. 5* xxx

I have been here twice for my nails. The girls are the most lovely and friendly bunch I have met in a long time! They have great attention to detail and make you feel so so relaxed! I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else! I will also be using them for my wedding nails in July!

I bought this as a birthday treat for my mum and she thoroughly enjoyed it. The lady giving the massage went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and relaxed and the treatment given was absolutely lovely - very happy with the staff and will continue to be a regular customer!

Been coming here since I moved to Norwich and love going in! Always new colours to chose for my nails but most of all Charisma has the friendliest girls! Always in such great moods and you really leave smiling! These girls are great at what they do! Would not go anywhere else!

Really friendly and fantastic orly colours on our nails. They made my daughter feel relaxed as she had been worried she wouldn't like it (12!) and she loves the cute design.

The standard of nail preperation and painting is first class..I am always totally impressed and depart, a very happy woman. If all that wasn't enough, on my most recent visit, I was even given a heat wrap for my neck;a little extra, which sets Charisma in a class of its own, and certainly above the rest. I go to Charisma for waxing and every time I go I rebook straight away! My treatments have always been quick and neat with minimal discomfort. The prices are extremely reasonable and the salon is such a friendly, comfortable environment.

After a friend suggested I visit Leanne at Charisma for a first time pre-holiday wax, I was feeling a bit nervous - but Leanne made the whole process so easy and efficient, with fantastic bedside manner!
