My first visit to charisma and first time gel nails for me. Experience was lovely, and nails fabulous.
My daughter was made to feel very welcome when accompanying me, and has since had a marvellous Harry potter themed polish too, she was thrilled with the result.

Charisma are fantastic and their customer service is really special. I don't get to treat myself to having my nails done very often so when I do I want it to be a really good experience. Charlotte and the team are so welcoming and make every customer, regardless of how often they visit, feel unique. I now feel relaxed, pampered and ready for the sunshine

I go to Charisma regularly for gel on fingers and toes. All of the therapists are really lovely and friendly and it's a nice environment to relax in. The treatments are done really well and I would thoroughly recommend them.

First visit to Charismato to have a gel ffill in today and what a lovely salon this is, I was made to feel so welcome as soon as I walked through the door. Unffortunately I didn't get the name of the lovely lafy that saw me initially but she was great and really friendly. Charlotte did my nails and I had a lovely time chatting about all sorts, she was very professionall and also interested in me which means a lot. I was so pleased with my nails and would totally recommend this salon to others, wonderful, friendly atmosphere and they know their stuff! Try it!

My husband and I regularly visit Charisma fir relaxation massage! As always came out feeling revitalised, relaxed and refreshed!

I had such a lovely nail treatment. I feel my hands so soft like I have a baby skin! Amazing girl named Lauren - positive and smiling all the time. I would go back for sure!

I was first introduced to Charisma by my daughter for gel nails as a Mothers Day Treat. My daughter had her nails done at the same time too. We have been back twice more and have further appointments booked. Our appointments have been great fun with total attention paid to our needs. Each visit has been very enjoyable with great results. We look forward to further visits.

I've been coming to Charisma for my gel nails for several months now. The ladies are very friendly and welcoming, and the Orly gel nail products good - they have the full range. Their online booking system makes it easy to book & view forthcoming appointments. I would advise booking well in advance as the salon does get fully booked. ????

Such fantastic treatments by such fantastic staff. I was looked after so well by Nadine who did a good job on the knots in my shoulders. Then I booked a spur of the moment 45min back massage. Ruth was so calm and made me feel even more relaxed. Thank you for looking after me so well.

Just came home from a waxing treatment and I'm extremely pleased. The staff are super nice and very professional. Haven't tried their other services yet but I'm sure they are just as good! Some of the prices might be a bit high (although reasonable considered the average in Norwich) but I've been to cheaper places before and they are not nearly as good. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a very good treatment at a reasonable price and to interact with really nice people! Keep up the great work! :)

I love coming to Charisma for my monthly nail appointment. Kellie is a lovely member of the team who makes me feel very comfortable when I'm there, takes interest in what I have been up to and is genuinely kind and considerate. Exactly what I like I'm treating myself.

I love coming toget my nails done just not to sure on the New nail polish as they chip Easier than old make but still love my nails thank you x :)

Booked a nail appointment and wax with Leanne. She was so lovely. She took me through the stages of my wax and was so polite. I then went downstairs to have my nails done again by Leanne and she was amazing, I came in with a design idea and she recreated it and I'd have to say it was better than the picture I'd shown her! Really amazing service and I've already booked for my next appointment :-)

Usually Leanne does my nails but she was poorly so luckily the owner Charlotte said she could do them. She is so sweet and friendly and I instantly felt at ease, we had a good natter and laugh and my nails looked good to.. Pink with glitter then added across top of nails.. Very subtle for me but they look so natural.. Than you Charlotte :)
