Met with Sam for the first time. He listened to what I asked for, a new style. He added his expertise and I came away with a new style that really suited me and really the best final touch to my look. Sam is now my go to hairdresser which is not easy as I am very particular. I was extremely lucky to find him right away. I highly recommend Sam or any member, as to work with Sam in his own place, you must be good. Don’t hesitate to frequent.

Really enjoyed my visit to Toni and Guys today, very friendly atmosphere, offered a drink which is always nice.
Had a wonderful head massage when my hair was washed, followed by a great cut.
Given some good advice on a colour with no pressure to further book.

I went to toni and Guy Norwich 10 days ago. I have been going to Toni and Guy in another town in the UK for 5/6 years and delighted. Well in Norwich my cut is good but unfortunately after 10 days it needs cutting again(in my previous to I and Guy it lasted 6 weeks). Also they took £30 as a deposit as it was my first visit and when I came to pay I had to remind them of the deposit☹️ Color no complaint.
The salon toilets was less than clean.

My review is for Pearl but she isn’t an option on the drop down menu. Pearl was friendly, welcoming, efficient and gave me exactly what I asked for (even though I wasn’t very helpful with what I said). I felt very relaxed and comfortable, she made me feel at ease, when I sometimes find hairdressing experiences difficult due to being a bit shy.

I used to always go to Toni and Guy years ago before children.Id got into the habit of paying for a cheap cut and colour with poor results at other salons.
I decided to treat myself to the Keratin straightening treatment and wow I was not disappointed!
I was seen by Paul today who along with Sam and all the other staff were extremely welcoming. His product knowledge and technique hints that he gave me we’re just another addition to a great service.
The treatment was amazing my hair hasn’t looked so good in years!

Loved my hair cut, usually use a barbers but there is a noticeable difference in quality, and its so soft lol. I need that shampoo! Alex was great!

As ever, I left the salon feeling great. I love my hair cut. Sam is highly professional and listens to what I ask in a style. He then creates exactly what’s in mind. Not many hair stylists do that in my experience. They ‘listen’ then do what they like !
