Wonderful service. Arrived early but Alex could see to me immediately. Lovely pleasant stylist who knew exactly what cut I was after! She even taught me some curling tricks with straighteners!

I went into Norwich for a prebooked appointment at another hairdresser this morning, they let me down. The staff at Toni and Guy, warmly welcomed me without needing an appointment. They saved the day for me, first class service, great hospitality, and a wonderful, professional cut and colour, I warmly recommend them. I made an on-line appointment in the middle of the night, last night, after having a rubbish week at work and feeling like I looked like a yeti. I really enjoyed my pamper this morning and my hair cut was awesome. I got so emotional when I looked in the mirror at the transformation that I burst into tears.
