Always made to feel very welcome. As I walked in I was given a very friendly welcome and a cup of tea. The lady who washed my hair was so friendly and chatty and Phillip, stylist, well I just let him get on with it. Booked again so that tells you everything! Great experience, great atmosphere, great people and new hair style as well, what more can you ask for!

I had my first appointment today with Jess. She was fantastic! Gave me a complementary head and neck massage, listened to what I wanted to do with my hair, washed it and styled it. I felt very pampered and LOVE my hair! Looking forward to my next visit ?

I would just like to say thank you so much to Macey for my new hairstyle. The comments from my friends and family have been amazing plus a few shock faces after having 4inchs cut off. I think Michele listened to how I felt about my current colour, & gave me the colour I wanted. She considered where my highlights needed to be taking into account my hair tied up, I've never been asked that before. She was friendly and put me at ease.
