I have been a contemporary guisborough customer for over 20 years there’s Always a warm friendly welcome when you come through the door, all staff are very attentive and customer focused, Robbie is an excellent top stylist, who always ask and listens to any concerns i may have about my hair and advises accordingly. Always a 5 star experience every visit. Today I realised I had left my purse at home, this wasn’t a problem Robbie even gave me money for parking so I could attend my appointment and I called back later in the afternoon to pay.

Love having my hair done and Maciey is lovely. Always gives me helpful advice as well as a good cut. Very friendly and welcoming. Just feels like I’m having a coffee and a chat with a friend not just my hairdresser. Been going here for almost 20 years. Wouldn’t go anywherelse

I always feel relaxed when I enter the salon, knowing I will get a good service and Macey understands how I like my hair.
I did try other salons nearer home for a while but none of them matched up to the Guisbrough salon.

Always nice to see Jess. She always makes me feel welcome. Always asks what I would like in relation to style or cut and goes through it with me prior to proceeding. Jess knows what i like (as i have been seeing her since she was first qualified) and she knows what suits me so will give her advice, which i value. The outcome whether I change my style or keep it the same is exceptional and I am always pleased with the result.

Great experience from booking to leaving.
As a new client and I consider myself to be quite particular I felt in safe hands fro the get go. Robbie talked me through each step professionally and gave me well justified confidence in him. He was equally warm and friendly - all adding to the experience.
Kate also assisted whilst I was in the salon and added to the enjoyment- great massage and chat.

Very pleasant experience, managed to cope with my hair which many find a challenge being thick and curly. Left salon with a decent cut and colour better than my previous salon.

When I arrived slightly late and a bit flustered India and Jess were incredibly kind and it wasn’t too long before I was feeling as relaxed as usual thank you both. As for the service and result, lovely as usual, I have so many compliments about the condition of my hair following my appointment which is always a source of a giggle due to the unfortunate home colour situation I created over two years ago. Needless to say I’m very happy with contemporary Guisborough.
