She gave me a great consultation and listened and answered all my questions and had good advice on what cut and style I should go for.

I enjoyed my complimentary head massage and latte.

Great attention to detail and asked on several occasions if I was happy with how my hair was looking.

Hair was styled great and products were recommended to purchase however unfortunately they weren’t in stock to try/purchase.

LIV was lovely and chatty and also gave me time to just relax and enjoy my pamper.

It was my first time with Olivia and only second time to contemporary salon. Olivia was really easy to talk to and really took the time to understand and discuss what I was wanting- in the end I went for a full head of highlights and toner (changing from balayage). I'm usually very anxious about changing hairdressers, especially with colouring, but Olivia was very reassuring and did an amazing job first time, with the result being exactly what I wanted. As well as this, throughout my appointment she was very polite, chatty and also kept checking whether I needed anything and offering drinks, which is really appreciated through a longer appointment! I would highly recommend Olivia and will definitely be returning to her for all my future hair appointments!

I always receive a warm welcome from the receptionist and Claire is always polite and chatty. Claire listens carefully when I’m explaining the style that I’d like or any problems that I might be having with my hair and I like that she doesn’t rush because she’s more concerned about getting it right.
Alan is a font of knowledge about the products he sells which is really good..
I always leave feeling good about myself ??.

Another faultless experience with Jess at contemporary guisborough. Very easy booking process and wonderful pampering. From first walking into the salon to walking out with gorgeous new hair, I felt special and valued. It's always such a lovely experience having an appointment with Jess.

Ive tried a few hairdressers over the last few years, and I'm so glad I finally found Aaron to stick with. He always makes sure everything is perfect. He's amazing!

Love catching up and chatting with Jess and she always make my hair look lovely.

I have fine, short hair which is starting to sprout grey tufts through my parting and by my ears. I also take medication which means I get hair loss and the condition of my hair and scalp suffer. Aaron sat with me and we talked through my hopes for my hair. Settling with some fine lights around the hairline with a focus around the fringe and by my ears and fine shafts of colour along my parting so that the grey have some similar colours to play with. Aaron cut and styled my hair taking into consideration my lifestyle, ability to style and the type of hair I have. I swear it looks longer after the cutting! The bounce and swish is stylish and so easy for me to duplicate because of the blow dry lesson and the excellent cutting skills from Aaron. Easily the best colour and cut I've ever had (sorry Jasmine x ). It was my treat to myself, and it was worth every single penny. 100% recommend Aaron to anyone who really wants to have a stylist who takes time to understand their client. I've already made my appointment to go back. Thank you 'mate' ?
