Alice was amazing with my Son. He was the client through and I just confirmed his choices because he wanted a major chop! He was made to feel at ease and she listened to what he wanted and checked he was happy all the time.
Their conversation flowed like old friends. I had my nails done leaving him in safe hands. Excellent cut and one extremely happy boy and mum!
We both left happy and like we'd just had a good catch up with friends. James wants to go on his own next time! James said " I actually love it, it's so much better I bet no one recognises me "

After so many negative and underwhelming experiences with hair stylists I am thrilled to have found Sarah. She really understands my curly hair and how to use a variety of cutting techniques to bring out the best shape and movement. After previous bad experiences at other hairdressers, Saks in guisborough has restored my hope in getting my hair done the way I love.
