I’m really pleased with my haircut, and Alice is so lovely to chat to

I visited the salon at lunch time today thinking I'd pre booked an appointment for 1pm. Unfortunately, I'd made a mistake and hadn't booked but the staff were quick to accommodate me and thankfully said I could stay!!! An excellent cut and lovely colour and an amazing head massage which relieved my headache!! Thankyou ladies. You are the best ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Always welcomed into salon with happy staff who strive to make sure you enjoy having your hair done. Junior staff very well trained great head massage and hair wash. My hair is always transformed by Sarah cut to perfection. Thank you all. Xx

My 8 year old had a lovely experience getting his haircut. She was really brilliant with him and sensitive to his needs. The result was exactly what we were hoping for too :) the lady was lovely and the salon was cosy and comfy. Also got a lovely cup of coffee while I waited for him. Great value too!

Sarah listened to my request and used her wealth of knowledge to give me a great re-style. As usual I had a lovely relaxing experience in the salon. I would never hesitate to recommend the salon to family and friends

Thank you seems totally inadequate for the ladies of Guisborough Saks. You continually amaze me on how helpful, kind supportive knowledgeable and most of all friendly you ALL are. When I walk into the salon it's like dropping in on friends and everyone appears so pleased to see you. I'm not the best when it comes to hair and therefore have little idea on what I should do with it...but Sarah is fantastic and my trust in her is absolute and im always so pleased with the result...you are amazing. Ellie did my hair exactly how I've wanted it for long time now and I'm so so pleased with it... Ellie is an amazing hairdresser and also a very sweet girl she's so easy to get on with.. I suffer terrible with anxiety but Ellie always puts me at ease bless her heart.. I can't say one wrong thing about her she really is a lovely girl ? and I won't go anywhere else now for my hair done ☺️
