My son can be very anxious and worried about new experiences but Alice put him at ease straight away...she spoke to him and talked through everything she was going to do then actively engaged with him through out his appointment. He thoroughly enjoyed his first proper hair cut and announced he wants to come back to Saks every time! Thank you so much xx

Got a same day appointment. Had a lovely stylist (Alice) very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. Two way discussion regard hair problems and solutions. Managed to turn a not so great haircut into a fab haircut! Extremely pleased. Clean, modern salon with friendly staff.

I visited the Guisborough Salon for the first time today! New to the area I was hesitant to find a hairdresser but decided to book an appointment at Saks. A lovely friendly smile greeted me from Natalie. She listened to how I wanted my hair cut and did a brilliant job!! She was chatty throughout and I will definitely be back!!

I cannot rate the Guisborough salon highly enough, the staff are utterly amazing, so friendly and so helpful, always happy to see you its like walking into a friends house. The service is outstanding with professionalism at its best. Once again I feel fantastic as I leave, my hair is fabulous and I've enjoyed my time at the salon as I always do. I can honestly say this is the best salon I've used in many many years .

Sarah was brilliant as always - she brought some life back to my hair and gave me a warm, friendly and relaxing experience.

This was my 4th visit in 3 months. I have never been to such a great, friendly, hospitable salon. Every courtesy is provided and i used to hate having my hair done previously. A 5star place

I have a wonderful stylist, Leanne, who has looked after me for about 18 months. From the first time my experience has been great, even straight after lockdown. They are a professional bunch, well worth the money.

Always come away feeling like Sarah has really thought about what will suit me best and that she really cares about me

Always excellent. Sarah is the only consistent hairdresser that both my husband and I rave about. I come in exhausted and dreary and leave uplifted and vibrant. Sarah and her team are the epitome of professionalism and always made a visit to the salon during covid feel safe. Sarah listens. Her expertise and talent are endless.

Alice perfectly matched the colour of the highlights to my skin tone. She cut just the right amount of hair and my new haircut is sleek and fun. Great advice on the shampoo also!
