had a lovely aqua/mermaidy colour done after neglecting my hair for well over a year and it turned out to be way cheaper than i expected! lovely girls and really easy to sit and chill out. i can’t remember the name of the lass who did mine but she was great!

As always, I started to make the 50 mile round trip when Sarah moved to the salon, my experience today was second to none.
Everyone in the Saks family is so friendly and caring as well as professional. Went in feeing quite ‘old’ and came out with a bounce in my step feeling young and attractive once more. Thank you

Such a welcoming salon. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming but also give you that time and space you need when you go to a salon especially under the current circumstances. All covid guidelines are followed and to. Colour and cut fantastic, wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I’ve always walked away from the salon feeling really happy with my hair but today was a little bit of an exception.
Alice has made a cut and colour into an experience. She was so lovely, and has worked magic on my hair.
It feels, looks and smells just gorgeous.

Visited SAKS Guisborough today for my usual appointment with Sarah. Excellent service as always, so nice to be listened to and know my hair is in good hands. Lovely to meet Alice too - she’s definitely a credit to the salon. Would recommend SAKS Guisborough to everyone.

As usual a wonderful time with Sarah & Ellie making me look fantastic as usual. I love It so much in there, I’d go every day if I could. Such a friendly, Covid secure salon with top stylists.

Met at entrance ,was made to feel comfortable stylist very professional, explained covid procedure, very happy with results of cut and blow dry booked again for July...
