My hairdresser was on maternity leave and my visits to PG was temporary but I would definitely use Kim again.

I had excellent service at my appointment. Kim was very friendly, experienced and professional. She did an amazing job with my cut and the finished result was excellent. I was really pleased. Would highly recommend.

They do a really good cut colour and blow dry. They answer the phone- no answering machines! Very good service from them and cheaper than other salons! Very happy with Lois my hairdresser.

Sarah was very friendly, thorough and very quick! My hair is so thick and I’m afraid it was a bit of a mess, but Sarah powered on through and in an hour it was thinned out, chopped up and looking fantastic! Such a relief! Sarah was my 3rd different hairdresser at Gotthard, but was by far the best! Will definitely return - thanks so much!

Sarah was excellent when I asked if we could change the colour of my usual hair dye. She was very professional and guided me through the options. Really pleased with the results and loved my blow dry.

Amy was one of the nicest stylist’s i’ve ever had. Super professional and friendly. A lovely experience at the salon where Amy made me feel relaxed gave me the cut I requested.

Lois is by far the best hairstylist I have yet to come across in Harrogate. Listens so carefully to what look I am after and never fails to deliver fantastic hairstyles. Great fun also, really easy to talk to and makes the whole appointment great!

Lovely haircut and atmosphere as usual

Cheryl normally cuts my hair and Kim colours it but, on this occasion, Cheryl was not available and today was all I could manage this week so had it cut by Abbie - very happy with the result and she is lovely & easy to talk to. ALWAYS happy with EVERYTHING at Peter Gotthard.

Most disappointing/upsetting experience and hair cut. I can’t remember the stylists name but I had an appointment on Saturday 5th at 11:00am.
I’m not sure if the stylist had quite a busy day or somewhere else to be but I left like I was an inconvenience the entire time and was stopping her from leaving. Throughout the entire experience the stylist barely spoke to me and when I tired to make conversation I was given very short answers. I asked for a layered cut and didn’t mind about the length as long as the hair felt healthy and full. I now can’t see a single layer, my hair feels so thin and is completely uneven. I wasn’t shown what the stylist was doing to my hair till the very end and was so upset I just wanted to leave as fast as possible. My hair is my best feature and what makes me feel confident in myself, you can imagine how upsetting an experience like this would be.

Once Again, Kim really did deliver the goods, a FABULOUS cut, very VERY Happy!
All backed up by great service by front of house team (their friendly efficiency and welcome makes all the difference ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) xJ
