Having moved to the area recently I needed to find a new hairdresser and I’m so pleased that I found Cindy.
On my first visit I had gone for a brave transformation cut, from long to short. Cindy put me at ease straight away and listened to my ideas and I love the style she created.
On my second visit I asked for a slightly shorter fringe and Cindy knew exactly what I needed. I love it!

Lois was fantastic. Even though my appointment was at the end of the day she made me feel like I was the first customer. She listened to my concerns and gave me the best cut I have ever had for my unruly curly hair.

I had a lovely experience getting a new cut for winter (I have long hair that tends to knot). Olivia was great with advice and tips on hair care. I'm looking forward to booking my next cut.

Just to say my third time with Cindy J & as always a really good experience. She listens carefully to what you’re asking & trying to achieve - does all the relevant professional tests necessary & will tell you ( politely) how achievable it is with your particular hair type & in it’s current state.
The atmosphere seems calm & unhurried & everyone is friendly & most importantly, it is non threatening & (crucially for me) “non pretentious” unlike SO many salons in the area & yet you still get an air of confidence that they are very professional & know exactly what they’re doing!
So refreshing & I wish Id found Cindy years ago!!

This was my first visit to the salon after deciding to change my hairdresser. I researched a number of local salons before choosing Sarah at Peter Gothard. I was not disappointed. Very knowledgeable when looking at my hair colour. Very pleased with the result.

Cindy was fantastic. She really listened to what I like (and don’t like) about my hair and suggested solutions that worked for me. She recommended a product that’s been a game changer, and she was also so easy to chat with. I left with not only a great cut but also some brilliant ideas for places to visit in the UK. She made the whole experience really comfortable and I came away feeling confident and looked after.

Sarah is always really nice and welcoming and always does a great job with my hair just to the length that I want and knows what products to use to help me dry my really really thick hair much quicker. She did a great job.
