Lovely service (as always)!

Most disappointing/upsetting experience and hair cut. I can’t remember the stylists name but I had an appointment on Saturday 5th at 11:00am.
I’m not sure if the stylist had quite a busy day or somewhere else to be but I left like I was an inconvenience the entire time and was stopping her from leaving. Throughout the entire experience the stylist barely spoke to me and when I tired to make conversation I was given very short answers. I asked for a layered cut and didn’t mind about the length as long as the hair felt healthy and full. I now can’t see a single layer, my hair feels so thin and is completely uneven. I wasn’t shown what the stylist was doing to my hair till the very end and was so upset I just wanted to leave as fast as possible. My hair is my best feature and what makes me feel confident in myself, you can imagine how upsetting an experience like this would be.

Once Again, Kim really did deliver the goods, a FABULOUS cut, very VERY Happy!
All backed up by great service by front of house team (their friendly efficiency and welcome makes all the difference ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) xJ

Amy has gone above and beyond today while doing my hair as she explained every little step along the way, suggesting what she thinks might be best for my hair while ensuring that my opinion still comes first. The service and atmosphere were both great as I felt right at home, I’ll definitely be back. 💖
