About us

TONI&GUY Harrogate opened in 1997. As a salon we pride ourselves on delivering the highest standards of customer service to each and every client.

Our talented team of stylists and technicians are on hand to give you expert advice and create hair that is individual and easy to live with, interpreting fashion trends with versatile wearable styles.

Members of our salon are part of the TONI&GUY Session Team and have worked alongside the International Artistic Team on catwalk shows at London Fashion Week, bringing the latest trends from the catwalk to our clients.

We offer many additional services including Bridal and Occasion hair and the NanoKeratin Smoothing blow-dry. Our wide range of haircare products include label.m, GHD, Moroccan Oil, L’Oreal and Tangle Teezer to keep your hair salon perfect until your next visit.

Cut and dry was done well. Sad to see Sarah go, had just got into a routine with her. Also it surprised paying £70 for cut and blow dry and not offered a drink which is unusual.

This was my 2nd visit to T&G in Harrogate. My 1st visit was prior to Xmas and the whole experience was not a good one! I am pleased to report this visit was fantastic from the moment that I entered the salon. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. I was quickly introduced to Craig who was a genuinely lovely man who took the time to listen to what I required and did a great job in cutting my hair....I even got offered a cup of coffee. Thank you I will be definitely be returning.

My last appointment was my second visit in two weeks and my third in five is today. On the first visit I had had my hair cut by my regular stylist, ***** and coloured by another lady before a special trip away. I had specifically requested a more caramel, honey brown colour as my hair had become very blonde. Toner was used to avoid the brassy tone I really don't like. The end result was quite light, still lighter than I asked for, but admittedly not so yellow so was an improvement. After a weeks holiday, however, and several shampoos it became even blonder than before! And yellow and I booked an appointment to correct it before I got on the plane home. Again the brief was to go more brown. ***** wove in brown lowlights. I said I was worried that the result would be too light as a lot of very blonde hair was not in foil but ***** thought it would work. It did not, I'm afraid. The blow dry by a trainee was poor, leaving my hair frizzy and shapeless as ***** acknowledged, and we agreed that I would need to both condition and restyle my hair when I got home. We tried to make another appointment to correct the colour with ***** immediately as I have a couple of important events in the pipeline but she was unavailable again at such short notice. So I have an appointment today. This will be another 2 and a half hours of my time (total 8 in 5 weeks including today) and £200 spent already. You will appreciated that I was very unhappy to have been charged £57 for the privilege of unsuccessful colour and the prospect of paying again today. Up until now I have had no complaints at all and ***** is fantastic. I appreciate that care has been taken not to disappoint me. But this is frustrating and I don't think I should have been fully charged for my last visit.

Very pleased as always with colour with Kim and very happy with my first cut with Nick . However little disappointed with the blow dry. I very much appreciate the juniors have to learn but having paid a lot of money , I’d rather not feel I need to dash home and restyle my hair. I’m happy to come in and be a model for blow drying though of course and I wish her good luck in her training . .

TONI&GUY Harrogate opened in 1997. As a salon we pride ourselves on delivering the highest standards of customer service to each and every client.

Members of our salon are part of the TONI&GUY Session Team and have worked alongside the International Artistic Team on catwalk shows at London Fashion Week, bringing the latest trends from the catwalk to our clients.
