As always Charlotte takes time to give my thinning hair a very good cut, which is why I like coming to Tony and Guy. In answer to your question below Charlotte knows that I am only interested in the cut so it’s a waste of time pushing colour services!

I saw Lois too. Both stylists were very prompt, efficient and experienced. I had the best colour and cut experience ever. I was offered tea, everyone was friendly. I loved the massage chairs (a great touch) and the hair treatments and head massage. All in all a great customer experience thank you

Excellent cut and service

As always, a pleasant experience with friendly staff. I continue to see Kari not only because she cuts my hair exactly how I want it but for the chats as well! Never any uncomfortable small talk, she always remembers things from my previous appointment that we’ve talked about which makes the appointment something to look forward to. I felt safe knowing that government guidelines were being followed.

Kim is definitely an expert at blonde, being quite dark but wanting to be blonde and avoid having to die my hair every 3 weeks she worked out a system of doing a balayage with some extra blonde highlights in, it means I can now go 6 weeks till my roots show and I can still remind blonde! Thank you so much

I am always happy to trust Craig to cut my hair just as I ask. Despite covid restrictions, it's still a pleasurable experience.

Lois was excellent! She listened carefully, gave advice and explained what she was going to do. I am delighted with my new hair style. Lois took the time to show me how to recreate the look myself and the next day i was able to!

Was greeted by a friendly Kari who listen to what I wanted doing to my hair , as I have very fine short hair .. once it was highlighted it was a little to silver with the toner so Kari corrected it to the colour I wanted .. this was no reflection on her expertise as I showed a picture and she followed what I showed .. Kari was very happy and friendly even though I wanted it lighter....

My hairdresser was a man with dark wavy hair. I liked my cut and loved the curls dried with the diffuser!
