Craig always does a brilliant job of my hair :) he cut it when it was a mess after having dreadlocks and now I’m keeping on top of it . He has loads of great tips about what products to use to maintain healthy radiant hair . Always a joy to have my hair cut by him !

I was in two minds to write this but I felt I had to also not sure who was my stylist So the name could be wrong

I had a colour and cut, I walked away if I’m honest feeling a bit upset and felt the whole appointment was rushed As
In a hour and half I had half a head Colour and A cut
I walked out with dye left around my hair line that I could only get off with cif, as I need to wear my hair up for work. And it looked a mess when I pulled my hair back into a bun.
The cut isn’t done well and there is some discrepancy with length, I felt it was clearly not checked after it was dried but curled so I could not see the true cut when it was styled.
I did get a nhs free hair cut Which was your promotion, but I still feel this is no excuse to be left with an odd length and colour left around my forehead
I also felt like the hair dye was rushed and it felt like no care taken and it did feel very rushed. And that I would have taken more care doing a box dye myself. It’s just not the experience I am used to or the quality of cut I’m used to other and it does make me want to cancel my next appointment at Toni and guy and find a new hairdresser

She definitely knows what she is doing and meticulous in a professional way. I really love my haircut and new look today.

Katie and Charlotte were lovely but another salon didn’t record my patch test so I had to go back again. Not offered Olaplex so my hair could have been in better condition after. Very expensive even after a discount because of the mistake

My hair is very very fine , not in very good condition, had damaged it with the straighteners ... i am very conscious of having to much off as it’s short ... Charlotte has done a fantastic job ... i am so pleased with it .. feels in great condition.. most importantly Charlotte has cut it just how I wanted it ....thank you ..

Kim as ever did a top job, very happy, unfortunately with the Coronavirus situation your heating was turned off so it was absolutely freezing, Kim was shivering she was so cold....that girl definitely needs a pay rise! A fabulous colourist! Very professional

I came into the salon with the idea to chop 5 inches off my hair. I brought a photo which is generally a nightmare for a stylist, but Kari took one look and said - we can do this! She did an amazing cut, and I love my new hair!
