Saks Hair Knaresborough

I had a 9.30 appointment today. the stylists were confused as to why i was there, even though i had a consultation the week before.
I am quite upset at the end results.
I was talked through the process and showed the inspiration pictures to all the stylists.
the hairdressers said that the style wouldn’t be achievable because of how damaged it was.
I understand and i am a very chill and understanding person. But when i got home my mother looked at it and was absolutely shocked.
my roots have not been done at the back, the blonde is not even in sections as highlights, the colour is very messy.
i’m quite upset as the entire situation seemed rushed.
i left the chair at around 1.30 ish, but i didn’t have to be home by 3pm. there was time but even my hair wasn’t dry when i left.

PLEASE can someone contact me so i can send pictures of my inspiration and what actually happened.
I said i wanted chunky lowlights and highlights but this is so patchy.
The cut from ian was nice, but again i had to ask him to cut my fringe. i did really like him and he was very friendly, but everything seemed rushed.

First time Ian did my hair, he was friendly professional, gave great advice, extremely pleased with the finished result will definitely book back in with Ian

Molly listened well to my needs and gave good advice. She took time and made me feel comfortable

Unfortunately I do not know the name of the lady who cut my hair today, but it was a walk in appointment on the off chance somebody could help me! The lady was very accommodating, as I did not want my hair washed, even though she advised that's how she worked. She did an amazing job on rectifying my very damaged hair!! I'm aware that I'm an 'awkward customer', as I'm not a big fan of visiting hairdressers, but was made to feel at ease, and would definitely return again! Thankyou so much for helping me 😊

Ian did my hair amazingly! I don’t have much hair in my opinion and he really spent time making sure my cut was perfect!

The team in knaresborough are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble for them. I love going to the salon, they look after you really well.

Felt rushed,hair wash was very short, layers seem a little uneven and the feathering around the face does not seem well blended. Hair straightened but bits were missed, so came home and self styled.

I’ve been returning to this salon again and again, as Andrea goes above & beyond in every appointment!

Lovely friendly stylist who always asks your opinion, gives advice and cuts your hair well.

It was the best experience having my hair styled by the lovely Sarah. She listened to everything I said and talked me through her suggestions . And she was right on every count. My colour is fab and her cutting skills and attention to finish are fantastic. Thank you for putting a smile on my face 😊

Very unhappy lady was very rushed I understood but it wasn’t a nice experience. Quite rough on hair wash make up ran and knew I was going straight to a wedding no mention of temperature. I was told as a new client I would pay half price but I didn’t. Hardly anything cut off, no attention to detail and the fringe was not even done that we’d discussed. I’d asked for a wave with straighteners but she curled with tongs very unhappy experience. The lady was on her own not ideal but I wouldn’t go back

I had not been to this salon before today, i found the staff to be extremely nice and reassuring, i felt very relaxed having my long hair cut and my new style was amazing it was a fantastic experience, i look forward to returning in the future

I love coming to the salon, they spoil you, Andrea is a magician with scissors. Can't recommend them highly enough.
