Saks Hair Knaresborough

Visited the salon today do the first time. Had my hair done by Sarah. I absolutely love it.

I love the way Andrea cuts my hair & always listens to what I want but suits me.

Fitted myself and my little girl in at very short notice, lovely staff & brilliant with my 5 year old!

Extremely happy with my new “do”..... will be returning. ????

Not only am I always extremely happy with my hair on leaving Saks, I can honestly say I LOVE my visits here, I feel like I’m visiting family, the staff are so warm and welcoming, it’s important to me to feel comfortable and Saks have got it spot on! - thanks for making me feel a million dollars again,

My first visit to Saks in Knaresborough and booked with Sarah. Fancied a new look and after showing Sarah a photo of what I was looking for she got straight to it. Lots of useful tips about how to style the new look and also not to wash my hair every day (I’ve managed it so far lol) to improve its condition.

Great cut and good service. Highly recommend Sarah.

not very happy with my cut and colour by Joey . He was very nice and made me feel comfortable , however my hairs end result wasn’t what I had hoped for

I was new to the area, & desperate to have my hair ‘done’. I needed the ‘full works’. At my age ( over 60), that involved a full colour & deep conditioning treatment. Having had the same hairdresser for over 20 years, l was more than a little hesitant in make my my decision. ! However, the service l received, & the standard of professional ‘help’ my hair received was exemplary. I have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending this Salon. I came out with my hair looking,& feeling wonderful. Sandra Gibbons

Had a cut & finish by Joey, excellent service, very pleased with the result. Will definitely return back to Saks in the near future.

First visit and a nervous one as I’d been at my previous Salon for 14yrs! But Joseph was brilliant, made me feel very relaxed, the Salon atmosphere was very friendly and I’m looking forward to my next appointment.

Joe is amazing and a hairdresser who you can trust.
Andrea is lovely too and both of them are excellent hairdressers.

Beautifully kept salon, a lovely warm welcome by all staff. Joseph cut my hair to a really high standard and I am really fussy when it comes to hair!!! I have already rebooked to come back looking forward to visiting again.

Jess was great listened understood what i wanted and was happy fir me to waffle on the whole time

I haven't got easy hair to deal with. My hair needed a complete re-style. Andrea talked me through the style choices I'd downloaded and explained what I could and couldn't have and why. She suggested a style which she executed beautifully. Great care was taken to blow dry and put the irons through to finish.

Really pleased... Called in on Saturday on the off chance someone could speak to me about my colour after a few hair colour disasters at other salons. I came back tonight, first visit to the salon and Andrea managed to get a lovely clean blonde on my hair which had a lot of orange pigment in it. The only thing that would lift it was bleach. She made sure she watched it really carefully then put a creamy ash toner on it. Very pleased and will be back.. would recommend. Paid £75 including an introductory price for cut and blow. Which was good value for the outcome. Marked 3 for atmosphere as it was a late night and only me there. Andrea however made me feel like I'd known her for years.

A full head of highlights and a cut can be a long task but the lovely staff made me feel at ease and relaxed! With the most fantastic result!

I have been a regular visitor to Saks Knaresborough over the last 12 months, and my visit today will ensure that I remain so. I am always delighted with my cut and finish, and have never had so many compliments about my hair colour. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, and provides a thoroughly enjoyable experience. A great salon for Knaresborough.

My hairdresser was very friendly and courteous although she was working alone due to staff shortages etc ... she did a great job.
