Beautifully kept salon, a lovely warm welcome by all staff. Joseph cut my hair to a really high standard and I am really fussy when it comes to hair!!! I have already rebooked to come back looking forward to visiting again.

Jess was great listened understood what i wanted and was happy fir me to waffle on the whole time

I haven't got easy hair to deal with. My hair needed a complete re-style. Andrea talked me through the style choices I'd downloaded and explained what I could and couldn't have and why. She suggested a style which she executed beautifully. Great care was taken to blow dry and put the irons through to finish.

Really pleased... Called in on Saturday on the off chance someone could speak to me about my colour after a few hair colour disasters at other salons. I came back tonight, first visit to the salon and Andrea managed to get a lovely clean blonde on my hair which had a lot of orange pigment in it. The only thing that would lift it was bleach. She made sure she watched it really carefully then put a creamy ash toner on it. Very pleased and will be back.. would recommend. Paid £75 including an introductory price for cut and blow. Which was good value for the outcome. Marked 3 for atmosphere as it was a late night and only me there. Andrea however made me feel like I'd known her for years.

A full head of highlights and a cut can be a long task but the lovely staff made me feel at ease and relaxed! With the most fantastic result!

I have been a regular visitor to Saks Knaresborough over the last 12 months, and my visit today will ensure that I remain so. I am always delighted with my cut and finish, and have never had so many compliments about my hair colour. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, and provides a thoroughly enjoyable experience. A great salon for Knaresborough.

Although an excellent cut it's much shorter than I wanted and now I can't do anything with it. I am no good at blow drying so I have to use a hot brush but it's too short to use it. Really nice stylist

First visit to the salon, very happy with the colour and cut from a very experienced stylist. She was able to rescue my attempt at colouring my own hair, creating a lovely colour and style.

A massive thank you to Andrea, I have very thick and curly hair and normally keep it long, but wanted a layered bob, Andrea Re styled my hair to perfection and suffice to say very pleased with the outcome xx

I had a good result and will be back in the new year.

I didn't quite get the finish i was hoping for (I had long thick hair and thought it would be possible to put some choppy layers into it to take some of the weight out but it was explained that this wasn't possible due to the length but she attempt some layers towards to bottom and in effect hasn't taken any weight out of it but about 5 inches off the length instead) I'm not faulting the hairdresser it's just not what I had in my head that it would turn out like.

I took my 6 year old daughter to get her hair cut with Jess. She was marvellous with her and the cut was great too.

Made an appointment for my hair trimmed and was told it would be with Andrea. I don't usually go to the hairdressers and I'm really pleased to say I loved the whole experience, Andrea was really friendly and did a fab job of 'just triming' and drying my hair. I had a gorgeous coffee made by the super friendly and polite young man who sat behind the front desk (sorry but didn't catch his name)
I will definitely be back-great service x

Over the past 6 weeks Andrea has persevered with my difficult head of hair and has achieved really good results. I am very happy with the cut colour and style. Andrea is an excellent stylist who listens and goes the extra mile to please

Had my hair cut today by Andrea and as always very professional and very friendly, young man I think called josh who washed my was also very friendly who I think was in his third year of training altogether all the staff are very welcoming and friendly!!!
