Had my first proper post baby haircut today - was such a lovely treat. Everyone so friendly and stylist Andrea did a wonderful job ! Will definitely be back ! Thank you x

Managed to get a short notice appointment with Andrea . After a consultation she cut my hair exactly how I wanted it and offered advice as she cut it . Busy with very pleasant staff , will definitely return .

Love louise doing my hair she gets it perfect everytime, listens to what you want and excelles in achieving it...

Iam absolutely delighted with my new hair style,and colour, having explained to Louise what I was wanting her to do, she listened, and executed the style and colour perfectly,making me feel like a new me! Brilliant service,friendly, Its great to have a Saks in Knaresborough,I wasn't sure what to expect at first, its always daunting trying a new salon when your very happy with the one you have,but this is alot more convenient for me,and I would definitely,say to people give it a try!

I was a little bit apprehensive about visiting Saks as I have been going to my usual hairdressers for over 10 years (it's quite a big thing for a girl to have a new hairdresser!). I don't know why I was worrying as Andrea put me at complete ease, talked me through what she was doing, what products she was using and what we can do to repair my hair so we can achieve the look I'm aiming for going forward. Andrea was very friendly, professional, but most importantly Andrea listened to what I had to say. I would 100% recommend Saks to my friends & family. So happy with the results and I can't wait for my next appointment!

Had my hair done on a Saturday before Easter Sunday and it was quite quiet to my surprise! All the staff were very friendly and my hair was done by Caroline and I have to say she was brilliant!! Absolutely love my hair and she was very chatty. Would definitely go back! Thank you x

I wasn't too sure how I wanted my hair styling just knew I wanted more volume as I have fine hair . Caroline created the perfect beehive style with lovely curls tucked around . Very professional and I am delighted with the result .

Brilliant haircut

I had my hair coloured and cut by the lovely Caroline, who spent lots of time making sure my hair was perfect before I left the salon. It's nice to feel so pampered and I'm looking forward to showing off my lovely new style when I go out this evening. I will recommend Saks to my friends and family ????

I have been stuck in a rut for a number of years tending to over colour my hair. My new colour and cut from Louise is absolutely fantastic- all my family love it!!

Having not had my hair cut for a year, I visited this newly opened salon in sheer desperation as couldn't get an appointment elsewhere.

The salon was lovely, clean and pleasant. My stylist Andrea was lovely and took time to chat about what I wanted before my cut. She talked me through everything as she was doing it and asked my opinion as she worked making sure she understood my preferences. The final result was a lovely cut and healthy looking hair.

Had it not being for their opening offer, I wouldn't have been able to afford to visit a Saks salon, so it was a lovely treat.

I have just had my first visit to this new salon and I could not have been happier with the results. The experience was pleasurable from start to finish. My hairdresser Caroline listened to what I wanted and fearlessly endeavoured to achieve the end result, which was beautiful. I have thick, curly, frizzy hair so being my hairdresser is not easy ????. The salon looks stunning, warm and friendly staff, chilled out atmosphere and I would highly recommend giving this new salon a go!

I went in for a cut and colour and my stylist Louise could not have taken more time or effort. She was thoughtful to allow lots of time in the session to discuss exactly what I was wanting as I had not seen her before and gave a constructive opinion on what she thought would work well.
The salon was warm and welcoming. I will definitely be returning. Five stars!!!!

Very nice experience at saks Knaresborough, felt very comfortable and confident with Louise my stylists abilities even though it is the first time I have visited the salon and there was a lovely relaxed but progressional atmosphere.

I went to sax and had a full head of blonde highlights, root tint, all over toner and a treatment which was altogether not cheap. A manager did my hair and she was very rough pulling out lots of my hair. I said she was being too rough and she got someone else to deal with the rest of my hair process. Very cold towards me.

Great customer service. Friendly staff who put you at ease. Great haircut. Was able to walk in and get an appointment immediately which is awesome as I was visiting Knaresborough just for the weekend. I plan to come back for my next visit to the North. Special thanks to Louise.

Walked into the salon today and was so lucky to get a cut and blowdry at a special introductionary price £25 , lovely lady called Andrea cut my hair and she was very friendly and very professional and I have booked to go back again in April for another cut and hair colouring after Andrea advised me about some breakage in my hair due to home colouring,

Warm welcome at the salon. Andrea cut and styled my hair exactly how I asked her to. My hair looked beautiful.

Louise did a great job on my very thick wavy hair - taming it and making it very smooth. Lasted well despite the rain doing its best to make it frizzy!

Travelled 320 miles from the west coast of Scotland to have Andrea colour my hair. Love the new salon and fab staff. Abbie gave a lovely head massage with my conditioning treatment. See you in 6 weeks @ Saks Knaresborough. ????

My hair was very long and the girl who restyled it was very friendly and did an excellent job.

Very nice experience and I love the cut. Got £10 voucher for next visit but feel full price maybe too high. Give 5 for value as only paid £25, but not sure full price would be good value.

Booked a cut and finish today at Saks with Louise. I last had my hair cut July 2016!! Bit of a phobic when it comes to hairdressers!! Daft I know!! Felt at ease in the salon, nice light , calming atmosphere and just right!

Really pleased with my cut and finish and felt very looked after by Louise! The complimentary reed diffuser was a lovely surprise and a really nice touch!!
