Saks Hair Knaresborough

First visit to the new salon in Knaresborough. Andrea did a wonderful job on my hair. Listened to what I wanted. Came out with exactly what I wanted. Highly recommended x

Been to the new Knaresborough branch to day and took advantage of the special offer 25 pound for a shampoo and cut.
It was a brilliant service Tracy was fantastic her advise and skill made me leave the shop looking and feeling like a model! Already booked to go back again .

Having moved to the area a year ago and trying several local Salons I had become disheartened with local stylists. I resorted to returning to my saviour stylist over 100 miles away! I was about to make my next appointment with her when I saw the new Sacs salon opening by soon in Knaresborough and I thought why not??? So I picked up the phone and booked my appointment hesitant and apprehensive I attended my appointment. I was greeted by my new Stylist and we discussed the woes of my past hair endeavours . Tracy looked at perfect course I showed her and she discussed what would be achievable at this time, I have a very strong thought about how I wanted my hair to look however with Tracy having to correct my previous bad cut she suggested that she cut it now into a style that was close to my desired look and once thevpreviously cut too short parts had grown she would recut my hair to my desired style something we agreed on. So although I do not have the finished article (due to previous bad cuts) I am well on my way to the funky fantastic style I want!! I have re booked with Tracy for 6 weeks time when I am sure I will again walk out of the salon a happy lady with my next appointment in my diary and no 1200 mile round trip to see my trusted stylist. As I'm sure that's what Tracy at Saks will become.
