Have been visiting Deep for a few years now and would never consider going anywhere else always 100% happy they listen and deliver on every visit - friendly excellent service

I had a blowdry off amy today and it is amazing! I have 24 inch extensions so quite a task to dry but she has made it so smooth customer service is excellent and all the staff are happy and friendly found my weekly blowdry salon now!

I had a great experience today at deep. I had balayage done on my hair by Poppy, which was done brilliantly. Was made to feel very comfortable.

I walked in offvthe street and was met by one of the most professional knowledgeable and friendly teams there has to be.....a few hours later I left feeling so lucky to of found Amy and this little beaut of a salon! Ten out of ten to all the team truly amazing treatment and service

After having the same hair dresser since I was 14 I thought I’d try somewhere else for a change, Poppy was fantastic she put me totally at ease and explained how I could style my new hair at home :) absolutely love my new hair and have booked back in to see Poppy again! Thank you!

Staff very professional and well mannered tea coffee ☕️ and soft drinks offered, head massage ?‍♀️ if you want one also offered lovely environment. However l find the salon very cold !!!

Staff were very friendly and helpful, offered me a cup of tea or coffee the minute I walked through the door which was nice. I would definitely recommend them to other people and I will be going back.

Until today I had never really appreciated that cutting hair is an exacting profession?

I've had a grotty time and was feeling all of my 52 years (and more). Decided to treat myself and booked for a hair cut with Stephanie.

O.M.G. Not only was she so lovely and caring with me (waffling on about ex-boyfriend!) but what she has done with my hair????

How the .... has she done this?!!

I look and feel 20 years younger and have recovered my confidence so so much!

All curls fell out ,
Hair was straight after an hour.
Did not last any longer than 1 hour
Did not get that bouncy blow dry look.
Disappointed on this occasion as I was going away for a long weekend.

I think that ***** is a lovely girl. However, I was disappointed with the time that she gave to back combing my hair. I felt that she rushed because she had another client. Consequently my hair is flat tonight and that is even before I go to bed. When Elly does my hair it is always perfect. Please do not think that I am complaining but I spend a lot of money in your salon as I visit most weeks. ***** I felt was in another planet and didn't even say bye. She is normally great though. ?

Although I only needed a trim I got a really good cut. My stylist Amy listened and did exactly what I asked for. She was friendly and I enjoyed my experience x

The girls are professional and key thing I've noticed is that they are able to pacify customers who might just be a little late with their appointments and that is a pre-discussion, massage etc

Had my hair cut by Beth for the first time today and she was amazing! Knew exactly what I was looking for and had plenty of tips for helping me achieve much needed volume! Wish she could blow dry and curl my hair everyday of the week, will definitely be back soon x

Amy done a brilliant hair colour covered all my grey hair and completed a lovely cut and blow dry my hair was left looking great and shining. I feel like a movie star my.

I left feeling quite disappointed today. I thought I had explained what I wanted. I was quite specific about the length but with one clip my hair was gone and the damage done. As my hair was already quite short I had to let the stylist continue so I had an even cut even though I hate it. Yes it will grow back but not overnight ?

Ellie normally does my hair. Amy was good but Ellie is brilliant.

All staff so friendly especially Gra e who always comes over and asks how I am. Ann Marie is a brilliant stylist who always does a great job with my hair. A really great salon. Would recommend it to anyone.

Beth was welcoming, she put me at ease and understood my needs and my hair's needs. I felt very at ease and believe she did a fantastic job.

Very friendly and attentive staff who listened to what I wanted and then gave options for me to choose from which was very refreshing! Ann Marie the stylist did an excellent job and have me tips on how to style my hair at home. I was very happy with the service given and the result and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Just loved her attitude and felt that she would deliver what she said ...... and she did!!!! First time in a long time I've walked out of a hairdressers feeling happy !!! I will be back !!! Xx
