Elly cut my hair today and she did a fantastic job- but the reason I've taken the time to write this review isn't to confirm the salon has great hairdressers but to emphasise how much she listened to what I wanted and gave me the haircut I went in for... but better! It was my first time at Deep after years elsewhere and I was apprehensive; the times I've left a salon with shorter/more layered/darker/straighter hair than I wanted have made me so, but Elly really listened then made suggestions that left me knowing she knew what I wanted and what I feared. It made such a difference and I'd definitely recommend a visit.

Deep are very lucky to have Anthony. I have no complaints at all, he is an excellent hairdresser. The tilting chairs at the basins are great, I usually have a tender neck for a few days after a hair cut but these chairs seem to have solved that!
I don't usually like to visit salons but I visited this one and must say I loved it! The atmosphere, the staff and the finished product (my hair) were all fantastic! I've even booked myself in for another visit! Will be recommending to all my family and friends and their special offer of 50% off first visit was the icing on the cake.....10/10
Went to Deep at Marton for highlights, cut and blow dry. colours are fabulous and my stylist took the time to check the look I wanted and decide on colours to complement my skin tone. Would recommend to anybody to try Deep, really happy customer. Prices on par with similar level salons, you get what you pay for!

Only second visit to this salon and already feel right at home. Very friendly staff and Leanne my new stylist is wonderful . Hair in need of TLC and she has restored the body and colour already .

Amazing experience today with deep, the staff really listened to what i wanted and tried so hard to achieve it and make it perfect. I had a difficult request and very thick hair so the entire process took around four hours from start to finish, and Ashley, who was taking care of my hair, was as attentive and enthusiastic in the fourth hour as she was in the first. Totally satisfied with my visit to the salon and would highly recommend it.
This is the first time I've had my hair cut at DEEP, it is also the first time I have come out of a hairdressers having had EVERYTHING done that I asked for and more!! Was listened to for once!! Absolutely delighted with my cut, colour was perfect and just what I wanted. Ely even curled my hair and it looked faaabulous. Absolutely delighted and on cloud 9!!! Only drawback was full price it would be £98 and as I get my hair done every 8 weeks it could prove to be a little more than I want to pay. Have booked another appointment and will consider the price after that!???? Very welcoming reception, receptionist when I booked the appointment on the phone was very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful.

Lovely visit today. I don't normally like visiting hair salons but all the staff were warm and friendly. Ashley who cut my hair today made me feel relaxed and did a lovely job. Will continue to return. Thank you. Also rang to say I was delayed due to traffic and this was not an issue very accommodating.
I heard the radio commercials and decided to book an appointment. The salon is lovely and leanne the colour specialist was brilliant. I already have next appointment booked and my daughter does aswell. Won't be going anywhere else from now on.
After visiting the salon for the first time as a nervous client Ellie (both Ellie's) made me feel at ease. Along with all other member of staff they were very warm and welcoming.

Really enjoyed my visit to Deep Hairdressing, staff very friendly and experienced. Really enjoyed my complimentary head and shoulder massage. Lots of refreshments offered. Really pleased with my colour and 50% discount made it even better.

I had appointment for 11.15 today (10th July) I sat waiting till 12.05 for my hair to be washed although the hairdresser did apologise I waited a further 10 minutes for the cut. When the hairdresser Ashleigh cut my hair she didn't appear very confident and asked another member of staff to finish the back for her. When she returned to the back of my hair it looked uneven so she had to go over it again. On the sides only one side had been cut around the ear so I had to ask if she was going to cut the other side as they were uneven. I paid for this haircut with a your entertainer voucher which entitles you to your next free cut and I very much doubt I will be returning to the salon. I feel as though I have paid £25.60 for a haircut that I am very dissapointed with. After returning home I attempted to wash and style it myself and to be honest it looks worse so now I am just going to have to wait for it to grow and go to another salon.

This is the best salon i have ever been to, the staff make you feel special as soon as you walk through the door. I had my hair done by Wayne the manager and it really is the best I've ever had I will definitely be going back and would highly recommend to anybody.
As always my visit to deep was excellent not only is my hair perfectly done by Elle I received a very professional and friendly service by all staff. I feel extremely pampered after each visit.

Best salon experience I have had. From walking in the door to walking out everyone was very friendly, organised and a lovely atmosphere. The staff could not do enough for you. Ashleigh who styled my hair was very helpful and friendly. The slain was very clean and shelves and chairs wiped down after every customer. I will definitely be coming back.

My experience at the Deep is fantastic. All the people are very chatty and take care of you with drinks. I never have to wait a while for my hair to done and I am never bored. I am always pleased with my hair do.

I've been to the salon in Martin on three occasions now and each time I've left feeling pleased with the service. Natalie has done my hair twice now and each time I've left feeling pleased with my colour and style. Such a lovely pleasant girl and knows her stuff!! May I also mention the lovely girl who is in training. Again such a pleasant girl who I'm sure will make a fab stylist in the future.

Normally great. This time not so much. Mix up with stylists, originally booked in with Elle but changed twice with no real explanation. Instead of the senior stylist as stated I got someone else. My hair was ok but thinned out far too much at the bottom and the top looks funny, Abigail fringe is all different lenths and finally Eleanor's hair was great. Overall expensive for not a great cut.
Lynsey we are terribly sorry that you have been unhappy with your experience at our Marton salon. We aim to make sure that everyone that leaving our salons are delighted with their visit. I can assure you that this is not the norm and we will look at what has happened and take your feedback on board and make sure that this doesn't happen again.

I've been having my hair styled at Deep, Marton, for several years and its always a fabulous experience! My stylist, Elly, is extremely skilled and a lot of fun! In fact, all the staff are really friendly and I feel very much at home there. After each visit I leave feeling pampered and wonderful with a hair colour and style which always receive compliments. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
