Lovely stylist. Did exactly what I asked. Made me feel really relaxed. Would have been nice if the young man who showed me to my chair could have helped fasten my gown and take my jacket instead of just putting it on me and walking away? Wouldn't stop me coming back, but just a bit of customer service feedback!

Erin has done a lovely job of my daughter’s hair. It looks great, really healthy and soft shaping around her face. Erin is always so friendly, welcoming and kind and I’ve already been asked if I’ve booked the next appointment! I think the hot chocolate and marshmallows helped too ;)

Finding a new hairdresser is always hard. I have had the same hairdresser for the last 10 years and have recently just moved to Northallerton. Erin was lovely. This was my first visit to Saks in Northallerton and I had highlights booked in with Sophia.
From the outset of consultation to the actual appointment, Sophia listened to my requests as to how I wanted the colour of the highlights to be.
She was very professional and very knowledgeable, really pleasant & friendly and I'm really happy with the end result. It's always daunting when you're trying to find a good hairdresser in a new area, especially as I have long curly hair, with blonde highlights.
