Made my daughter Chloe at ease with her hair cut and explained everything that would be done.

So… today I had my first Saks experience in quite some time.
Erin was my stylist and I have to say she was absolutely delightful in many ways… her advice, her not being afraid to seek counsel from senior stylists and the fact that they checked in on what she was doing was just great to be part of.
Everybody needs to learn right? and if we don’t give people a chance to develop, then where will we be?
I would with out a shadow of a doubt, highly recommend a trip to Saks, Northallerton. Their team work was impeccable.
I feel as though I’ve know Erinfor years after a mere 4 hours together today.
Conversation flowed naturally and we’ve now embarked upon a journey of my hair together!

I'm terrible at knowing what I want and following my usual salon closing down, then the next salon, my stylist leaving, followed by trying just about all the hairdressers in Northallerton, I am finally chuffed to bits with my hair!!
Lloyd is passionate, knowledgeable and has given me a beautiful haircut!! My hair looks light, bouncy and fresh. The team were all friendly and approachable. After having blonde highlights in my hair for 13 years I decided to just bite the bullet and go dark. Sophia explained absolutely everything to me, set my expectations about it fading due to the build up of blonde. I wasn’t the easiest explaining the colour I wanted for my hair, however Sophia done amazing, the colour match I wanted and what I ended up with was unbelievable. I always enjoy getting my hair done at Saks salon at Northallerton. Katie is an expert hair cutter and her backup stuff are excellent. The salon is undergoing some refurbishment but in the long term there will be additional disabled toilet access
