I was a walk in today and it just so happened that Lloyd was free and asked me exactly what I was needing in our consultation, he then took me over to the wash basins and after shampoo applied he then put in the conditioner and massaged it through my hair and scalp, very therapeutic. He took the ends off my hair to tidy it up and my hair has been problematic for me and unmanageable so I asked if he could thin my hair out and it felt so silky and after drying and straightening he managed to thin my hair out so well. I have booked in to have my hair done again in about 7 weeks.

It was four year old Ozzy's first appointment with Lloyd and he said he didn't want his hair cutting. Lloyd was brilliant with him and he will now return without a fuss when his hair needs anther trim. A biscuit from one of the recptionists brought a big smile to his face before his appointment with Lloyd.
