Wow!! 😲😁 I can't believe that today I had a full head tint, an intense conditioner, a brand new haircut, and a blow-dry and straightening for only £69!! Very very happy - Kisha as usual was kind, patient and gave great advice on my new restyle!! This special is only for January and February, so make sure you book quickly!!

I accidentally cut a big chunk of my hair after picking up the wrong type of scissors, right at the front of my head.
I rang with the hopes getting my hair fixed, and they had me in within an hour!! Super friendly team, very understanding. Roxy did an absolutely amazing job fixing my hair, and I now have some very lovely bangs! Can't sing her praises enough!

I was originally booked in with becca but due to sickness my appointment was cancelled. However amy offered to cut my hair . Roxy has been styling my hair for quite some time now and I'm always pleased. So much so that most of the time I let her decide colours for me as she never gets it wrong.
I've been going to Saks Redcar since it opened and all stylists have looked after me and I trust them all and the advice they all give.

It was my first time at the salon. Amy talked me through everything she was going to do, gave me advice where I needed it whilst listening to what I wanted. She was amazing! My hair looks gorgeous I’m obsessed with it! I got a shaggy cut and colour which she styled really nicely too and gave me tips on how to style at home x

I have been getting my hair done by Rachel for years now and every time it’s absolutely perfect and in perfect condition couldn’t ask for a better stylist she sorted my hair out for me when I box dyed it black and she got it back to blonde how I wanted and in perfect condition really is the best stylist and makes you feel so comfortable and not awkward at all .

Amazing as always! Understood 100% of what I was asking for & helped me find the right style! Felt so comfortable as I always do & it was an all round lovely experience!

First time using saks and I am so happy I picked this salon. Becca listened to what I wanted and definitely delivered. Also spoke about sorting my colour as it's a mess and she had a plan within seconds so I have booked for a few weeks time

Absolutely amazing customer service and go above and beyond for clients!! I can see myself going no where else other than Saks now. They all know exactly what they're talking about and talk you through everything you need to know when maintaining your hair outside of the salon. Always used to feel really anxious about doing this.
Bit the bullet and booked, with the half price new customer price.
I can honestly say the lasses in these where so lovely and friendly. All of them. Becca who did my hair was amazing. So gentle and and gorgeous and helpful. I absolutely love my new hair and will definitely be back

After years of being barley black Rachel has over the course of the last few months began the process of from black to blonde.
As Rachel is passionate about her job and customer satisfaction she has not rushed this process (and not let me either) for the sake of my hair condition and end results.
Thank you Rachel I wouldn't go anywhere else, who would of rushed this process and allowed me to jeopardise the condition of my hair, I'm so happy with today's treatment and useful tips you give me and of course my blonde healthy hair x

Amy was terrific. She advised me what would look good and I walked out of there feeling a brand new person. Hospitality was great. Enquiring whether I was comfortable etc. I was asked if I wanted a coffee etc. It was a really great experience
