Katie made Sophie feel relaxed & comfortable which is important as she has autism . She only had a trim but Sophie loved the experience of being grown up .

Katy the hairdresser was lovely, and she done an excellent service on my hair. She took the tome to go through different hair colours and done an excellent hair cut. I will definitely use Katy again

Liv was an amazing hairdresser, so friendly and did an incredible job. Always asking if I needed a drink and asking if there was more she could be doing I.e. curling my hair or taking more length off. Made me feel like she had all day and I wasn't rushed. Been a very long time since a hair cut but felt very confident letting Liv cut my hair.

An absolutely fabulous experience. Katie and her assistant, Georgia, were so professional and as always, were able to accommodate all that I asked for and talk me through all steps. I love the final colour. Katie gave me tips for keeping my hair in top condition and sent me on my way with a spring in my step, feeling like a new person. Thank you, ladies, for your expertise and guidance.

Difficult circumstances for everybody due to COVID 19 but as usual Katie and rest of staff step up to the mark. So well looked after during my appointment but that's nothing unusual. Everybody is so professional and friendly. Katie always sends me home with a brilliant hair 'do. Thanks Katie.

Love having my hair done with Roxanne, she’s such a lovely girl and it’s great to have a good chat whilst she works her magic! She’s a superstar colourist and stylist and I’m always happy with my hair when I leave :) I’ve always been a bit of a worrier when it comes to my hair but I always feel happy and confident when in her hands!

I am really pleased with the cut and colour. I enjoyed the experience and all the staff especially Kerry are welcoming and professional.

I used to see Stacy and Michael and always extremely happy with my hair. Been 3 times since and my hair not the same. This time I tried *****. She was lovely and friendly. However, my long hair was supposed to be shorter at the front to frame my face and longer at the back. It ended up short at the back as well. I did not realise how short she cut the back until at home. She was supposed to show me how much she was going to cut off and this didn't happen. My mental health which I explained is not that great and this has made me feel worse. I am not sure what to do with it now. Even looks like some long bits underneath. With lockdown my hair had grown really long and wanted it about 3 inches longer than it is at the back. I wish I did not book appointment but my hair was getting extremely long. I returned back to the salon to hope things would cheer me up. Not offered head massage either which is nice and relaxing too.
