Fantastic in every way from the hairwash and head massage to Jodie's first rate hairdressing skills and the very nice Christmas latte, gingerbread. Not forgetting Molly, the very helpful receptionist and hair extensions expert. I always look forward to my visit and am never disappointed.

Claire is always very friendly and welcoming. My hair is cut and styled exactly how I want it, and just as importantly, it's easy to maintain. As an added bonus, the coffee is good too! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Claire was brilliant and was a great mix between listening to what I wanted and also offering her own advice for what would suit my face. I loved the end cut, especially the way she had cut in the fringe. We also talked through colours for next time and she made sure to get a skin test done before I left.
