My visit today was welcoming, lots of Christmas cheer/decorations with lovely choccies in reception and festive drinks (non alcoholic). To choose from if you so wished altogether an enjoyable experience. .

Always cheerful and smiling, Megan is so willing to please! Knows just how I like my hair cut and styled. A true professional.

Been going to Jodie a few months now and really love how she does my hair,
she is very happy and friendly and helps you to feel relaxed. Sans salon has a lovely attitude and all staff are friendly with a great relationship between staff. Definitely wouldn’t use anyone else now I have found Jodie.

I want to also give credit to Summer! This young lady is my absolute favourite when it comes to washing my hair! She gives the best head massage! I really enjoy our chats and she is so lovely and helpful - you really brighten my day x

My treatment began with a most relaxing head massage during my hair wash.
First class approach with an appropriate and professional hair cut and blow dry.
I felt the whole experience was uplifting,while also gaining interesting information about my type of hair and what I could do with my hair in the future.

I had a lovely morning appointment with Jodie who I haven’t seen for about 10yrs.
We had a lovely catch up and Jodie reinstated my confidence in a hairdresser, cutting my hair with skill and expertise. I really felt she knew my hair and the look I wanted. She talked me through blow drying techniques to suit the way my hair grows and explained the products she was using. I felt very confident in her hands.

Great service, wanted a change and John never fails to deliver! Wouldn’t trust my hair with anyone else.

I relocated for work 12 months ago & it made sense to move hairdressers for convenience. I had already heard great reviews on the Salon & Jodie’s and my paths had crossed having children the same age. I had been with my previous salon for almost 20 years so I was nervous at first but there was no need. The service from all the staff is lovely & friendly and Jodie takes excellent care of me. I feel so comfortable and confident every time I visit. Thanks for looking after me so well and I can honestly say I leave salon each month a very happy customer. X

Excellent hairdresser

Booked in for a drastic colour change and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Salon is super friendly and professional. Claire was wonderful, friendly and professional. It is clear that she really knows her stuff and was super helpful with explaining the process and after care. Will be recommending to all, couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience. Had my 2nd appointment today after the salon reopened following lockdown. I felt completely safe as so many precautions are in place in the salon - masks, visors, disposable gowns, screens and hand sanitizers. There are fewer customers in at any one time along with fewer staff in order to minimise the passing on of the virus. John and all the staff are doing an excellent job during difficult times.

After shielding for 16 weeks due to underlying health conditions, my hair salon visit to SAKS SKIPTON was the first lengthy time out, Under "Normal" conditions this salon is the first ever I have found a salon experience enjoyable!!, But with Covid-19 restrictions,in place, I was ever so slightly apprehensive. There was absolutely no need. The whole experience, along with excellent adherence to all safety advice, ensuring I felt safe and cared about, incorporated smoothly, was as always,pleasant, enjoyable, relaxing and uplifting, When it was time to leave, It had really lifted my spirits. The secret for me, is the atmosphere is welcoming to all ages many salons cater just for the young, or just the elderly, At 63 I like to feel still in the middle!! John and the staff, are all so very warm, welcoming and cheery, The background music, is an eclectic mix from over the years, all in all, along with a much needed soothing head massage, a complete treat.
