Claire was lovely ,very welcoming and attentive. Woukd ho again if in area. Only a minor point and I should have said,the junior who washed my hair could have been better. She shook my head rather than wash hair and scalp and felt nape of hair was not cleansed properly.

Third visit to Saks Skipton, another lovely cut and colour from Georgia. Staff are nice and attentive. Already booked another two appointments! More expensive than other local salons but I don't mind paying extra for good results. Thank you, Katy x

My first visit to Saks. I was overwhelmed with a truly lovely welcome from Sam, an amusing and friendly chat with Annie with gorgeous head massage as a bonus. Megan gave me a very patient consultation and then cut and styled my hair beautifully. I’m VERY happy with the result and the whole experience.

Having thick, curly hair I find it daunting to go to a salon. Straight away I was put at ease and knew I was in the hands of a true professional. Thank you so much. Also, the best blow dry I've ever had ....... and that's 30 years of blow dries!!!!

Having used salons such as Steiner and Regis in the past, I needed to find a salon in Skipton so as to be near my daughter. It’s always a worrying time to find a salon that will consistently create you a great hairstyle. Have to say that, without a doubt, John and his team offer a far superior service than I’ve experienced at other salons. Everyone is friendly and John has been a master at creating the perfect cut/colour/perm for me. Thank you.
