A wonderful luxurious experience from start to finish. Greeted with a smile and an offer of a drink as soon as I walked through the door.
Georgia was proffesional, yet personable making me feel ease and giving me the confidence to trust her advice and suggestions.
The hair washing experience was sublime, Georgia explained the products she was using and why she thought that they were the best for my hair, whilst giving me advice to get the most out of the products. I also recieved a much needed Indian head massage which she had the courtesy to ask rather than assume that I wanted one, they are not to everyone's taste.
My cut was professionally executed, again with lots of advice for styling myself when I got home and she finished off with a wonderful blow dry and then offered to put some wave in my hair too. Pure luxury.

Had a cut and blow dry from John the manager. He listens carefully to what you want in the consultation and is very precise with his cut. I was very pleased with my cut and it 2as exactly what i asked for .SAKS use lovely products and my hair always smells beautiful .

Claire was lovely ,very welcoming and attentive. Woukd ho again if in area. Only a minor point and I should have said,the junior who washed my hair could have been better. She shook my head rather than wash hair and scalp and felt nape of hair was not cleansed properly.
