Saks Hair Skipton

I could not be more impressed with the overall service of Saks in Skipton. The atmosphere projected by the staff really makes you feel very welcomed.

John is very knowledgeable and has this special ability to listen to your needs then work his magic to provide you with a stunning hairstyle that makes you feel special. I also love the way he takes the opportunity to show junior staff the techniques that he is applying to my hair. He is very clever at explaining the processes to them.

Overall, I can not recommend this salon more highly.

I waited 15 longer to be seen for my appointment, but I think that's testiment to how busy they are. Was looked after, offered drinks etc. Was offered a head massage while my hair was washed, which was fab, felt very spoiled. My stylist really worked with me to determine what exactly I wanted, as I wasn't really sure! Very pleased with the result. Lovely people, very friendly, very good at what they do. Good experience.

Had my hair coloured today.....after a bad experience with colouring before Claire took lots of time to go through what she felt would work and look the most natural. She has always been fantastic at listening to what I think I want and then bringing in her expertise to create a look that I have always loved! Fantastic colour and cut today!!! Love it and thank you.

Claire really cuts and styles my thick wavy hair very well.

A very professional experience but also very friendly. I am allergic to certain colouring so I have to be very careful. I am having patch tests untill we find the one I can use without encountering and problems.

I always enjoy my appointments in Saks Skipton. Claire is the consummate professional and she always goes the extra mile to ensure I get the best result possible. The rest of the staff are all lovely and the environment is very pleasant. I was loyal to my Covent Garden London hairdresser for years but I’m so delighted to have found this fab salon in my new home town!

John Goddard is a super talented hairdresser and once again has improved my hair following another botched cut in Devon where I live.
If you live in skipton consider yourselves lucky to have him at your local Saks!!

Had a extra conditioning treatment today to help hair recover from colouring recommended by Megan thanks my hair feels fab!

Today went for my usual cut and colour with the Fabulous Claire.
Again as usual her lovely light hearted chat made my morning very relaxing.
My hair was expertly cut,and colour perfect.
A refreshing change to receive an excellent service, from a happy crew who listen and provide what the customer wants !

I got the haircut that I asked for and the service was very good and everyone was kind.

The person who cut my hair was very good but I am sorry I cannot remember there name.

John has cut my hair for more than 10 years and I have always resisted a change.....however, recently John has layered and shortened my thick hair and I LOVE IT!! Needless to say, given the time I have been going to Saks, Skipton that I am happy with the whole experience!

Great cut and finish

Wouldn’t go anywhere else and I’m really fussy, Shawny is lovely and makes cutting all hair lengths look effortless. She’s a master at short cuts especially.
The hair Wash and massage is always lovely too and the owner has been nothing but accommodating and lovely with me through this past year.
