I needed a blow dry for a shoot at work and she really took care to blow out all of my tight curls, lovely friendly chat about family life and a fab head massage done by a lovely young girl.

Saks of Skipton under the ownership of John is an excellent salon with a dedicated hospitable team who genuinely enjoy their job!

I have had my hair cut for the past 8 years at Saks (Skipton)
Shorny is my usual hairstylist and is i great in every way.
The girls who wash hair are also caring and attentive.
I have also had Megan an John while Shorny was off. Equally they were amazing. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

1st time at Saks, all the good things I have heard about the salon were true, a really nice experience all round . Had my hair coloured, cut & finished with shawny, I have natural curly hair & sometimes don’t always get the best cut. I am very pleased with it , it’s exactly what I wanted, thanks. Already rebooked for next time.

A lovely treat to have a re-style by Georgia, my favourite stylist!

I always feel welcome and special at Saks in Skipton. My stylist Megan is wonderful and takes care to do a really superb cut. I had a head massage which was so relaxing.

Relaxing visit with great service. My stylist really listened to me. Came away with a product to try at home.

As always a very pleasant visit. My hairdresser Jodie is always very attentive and spends time on getting the cut right for me. Chatty and friendly but never patronising. All in all very professional.

Really good, I arrived early so they fit me in early.

I have been going to the Skipton salon for few years now, and I'm always happy with the service. All staff is always very kind and my hair is always spot on after being cut by John!
This time I decided to bring my mum- she can't praise enough how good her hair looks now and the whole experience altogether! Thank you!!!

Yesterday I had my hair 'done' by Hayley. As a child, I was intrigued as to what that meant, when my Mum went to the hairdressers, like what it meant when she said she was ' putting her face on ' !!! Now I know what it is like to have your hair ' done ', it feels fabulous!! Thank You Hayley!

I really enjoyed my experience at Saks. Everyone was really friendly and the young lady, Georgia, who coloured my hair was very helpful in helping me to decide what colours to have. Claire, who cut my hair, was also very good at giving me options about how my hair would suit me best.
It can be daunting going to a new hairdressers, but I can honestly say it was a very pleasurable experience.

I have always used a mobile hairdresser so was a bit apprehensive about going to a salon. However, I now have a completely new attitude towards the salon experience. I loved it and the staff were really friendly and listened to what you said. Thank you very much!

Jodie is without doubt the most skillful and professional person who has ever styled my hair. I wouldn't choose anyone else.

It was the best place ive ever had my hair done at. Gabby was fantastic very experienced. I felt at ease all the time which is very good for me as i have mental health problems . Wen i got home all my friends said they loved my hair . i would defo recamend SAXS to all my family and friends. x Happy christmas and have a great new year guys .
