John Goddard is amazingly good both in cutting & styling and in customer care. A gorgeous hair cut & already much admired by other folk. So easy to look after & very chic - thanks again John.

Hi Shawny built up a great rapour with my son and his hair looks great .
He has a double crown which is harder to cut which shawny picked up straight away .

Gabby really listened to how I liked my hair done and kept on making sure I was happy with how she was styling my hair. I would recommend Gabby to my friends.

Gabby looked after me so well today and helped me with a change of style. She made a lovely job of it and I am delighted. As always this trip to Saks, Skipton was a pleasant experience.

I have fine thinning and difficult hair but John finds alternative products and blow dries it so well. I spend quite a bit of time in the USAand no one seems to be able to do my hair. If lwas a Duchessof Sussex or a Victoria Beckham, l would take John or one of his senior stylists wjth me . Sadly,l am not.

This is without a doubt the best hairdressing experience I’ve had! John is extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what my hair needed and explained every process and it’s benefits as he did them. The end result exceeded my expectations, I love my hair! All staff I encountered were absolutely lovely. Thank you!

I could not be more impressed with the overall service of Saks in Skipton. The atmosphere projected by the staff really makes you feel very welcomed.

John is very knowledgeable and has this special ability to listen to your needs then work his magic to provide you with a stunning hairstyle that makes you feel special. I also love the way he takes the opportunity to show junior staff the techniques that he is applying to my hair. He is very clever at explaining the processes to them.

Overall, I can not recommend this salon more highly.

I waited 15 longer to be seen for my appointment, but I think that's testiment to how busy they are. Was looked after, offered drinks etc. Was offered a head massage while my hair was washed, which was fab, felt very spoiled. My stylist really worked with me to determine what exactly I wanted, as I wasn't really sure! Very pleased with the result. Lovely people, very friendly, very good at what they do. Good experience.

Had my hair coloured today.....after a bad experience with colouring before Claire took lots of time to go through what she felt would work and look the most natural. She has always been fantastic at listening to what I think I want and then bringing in her expertise to create a look that I have always loved! Fantastic colour and cut today!!! Love it and thank you.

A very professional experience but also very friendly. I am allergic to certain colouring so I have to be very careful. I am having patch tests untill we find the one I can use without encountering and problems.

I always enjoy my appointments in Saks Skipton. Claire is the consummate professional and she always goes the extra mile to ensure I get the best result possible. The rest of the staff are all lovely and the environment is very pleasant. I was loyal to my Covent Garden London hairdresser for years but I’m so delighted to have found this fab salon in my new home town!
