Went to Saks for the first time today. I picked the hairdresser in large part because it's wheelchair accessible, but also had good reviews.
I wasn't disappointed. The lovely Gabby cut my hair into a beautifully shaped graduated bob, and it was lovely not to have my eardrums assaulted by over-loud music, which was the norm in the London salons I used before we moved north.
I'll definitely be back, and would recommend Saks in Skipton to anyone.

This was the first time I’ve been to Saks and I have to say it was a lovely experience. Gabby was very knowledgable and made me feel at ease. The salon is lovely and has a nice ambience. I’ve already booked another appointment ,as it’s nice that a hairdresser actually listened and gave good advice and wasn’t scissor happy.

I am a regular customer of Jodie and have been for several years and am always very happy with the cut and overall experience. She also does an excellent job of cutting my young son’s hair and she is very good with him.
Gabby did an excellent job with both the cut and the color (high and low lights) of my hair. I explained what I wanted and the results exceeded my expectations. I travel a lot and this is the best haircut/color I’ve had in a number of years. Highly recommended!

I love coming to Saks. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. Today was great as usual. I had a semi permanent dye which looks great. My only slight problem would be that there was some staining on my skin which came off easily when i got home but felt that it should have been cleaned off at the salon. But, saying that no worries i will be back!
Really liked my hair. Had highlights first time ever been I hate yellow Georgia did my hair b just as i wanted really pleased will go back and would recommend this hair salon.

I’ve had a cut and colour with Claire a few times now and I am so impressed by her intricate technique and ability to recognise exactly what I want. She knows exactly how to achieve the right balance between natural looking colour and impact! It is always a joy as well!

I have been going to this salon for about 4 years now and always come out with perfectly styled and coloured hair. Georgia is my stylist and knows exactly what I want and advises me with her vast knowledge. The salon is a pleasure to visit, always clean and a relaxing atmosphere with friendly staff.
