Such a pleasant girl and did a beautiful job tidying up my hair for my holiday on Monday .

I saw John, Principal, as usual but wanted a more sassy edge to my bob.
John wisely took some length off & cut some layers in - to make sure I can cope with it OK.
I love its new edginess, as does my husband, so will go shorter next time!
John is fab stylist - best & most caring I've ever had - & is fully committed to giving folk beautiful hair styles that they can manage themselves! Thanks!

Great cut and colour by Shawny, I love that she listens to what you want, but offers advise. Got my £40 off loyalty bonus, great idea. All staff so friendly.

My first experience at Saks Skipton and despite feeling quite poorly this week was really made at ease by the lovely hairdresser. She did a really great job of the simple cut it'd asked for (which can often be more difficult than it seems), cutting back in my fringe to exactly how I wanted it leaving me with a very even and sleek bob too. Would 100% recommend her and the salon.

Relaxing as always - welcoming, friendly team members, great atmosphere with decent music. Loving my hair today. An added bonus of significant NHS discount - next appt booked ?

Very disappointed with the change in colour which was hardly any at all . Nobody could tell I'd had my hair done and it's my daughter's wedding in 5 days and I paid just over £100 !!!!

Everyone is polite and thoughtful making sure I had a drink while I was waiting for my stylist. My stylist and I made a plan about what she was going to do. I trust her completely so I let her cut my hair how she thought it would suit me. She took her time and was very careful as I had just had an operation on my head and she made sure the junior who washed my hair was gentle too. Always a friendly professional service at this salon.

Great cut and colour. Claire clearly knew how to sort out my mop that was desperately in need of a revamp!

I think I had the last appointment of the day but even as the last customer attention to detail never waivered.
John has cut my hairs for many years and I cannot imagine going to anyone else. If he is unavailable anyone of his team are great.
Always friendly and always happy, even on a Saturday evening when I'm sure there are other things they'd rather be doing.

I have been visiting Saks Skipton for over three years now, and find it very professional without losing the personal touch. Over that time I have got to know the owner and stylists on first name terms and find them very open and accommodating. I can honestly say I find my monthly visit has turned a visit to the stylist into a social event I look forward to! Shawny is an excellent stylist whom I would highly recommend, the whole ambience of the salon is exceptional.

Another visit yesterday to fabulous Saks in Skipton. This time I left with a very sassy bob created for me by lovely Georgia. Always a pleasure to go there, the staff are so attentive, the salon is spotless, the price is very affordable and they serve a great coffee too!

I took advantage of a special offer to try out the salon. The stylist was lovely, talked me through styles and we agreed on how my hair should be cut. An excellent job, lovely finish and took a reasonable amount of time. I will definitely be visiting again

i could not be happier with my hair! i went into saks skipton with a bright copper colour wanting to go back to my natural blonde. i was slightly nervous that my hair would end up stripy but i couldn't have been more wrong, my highlights are beautifully blended and my hair is now a gorgeous warm blonde! a huge thanks to my talented stylist, Georgia, i will definitely be back x

Ever heard the old saying, "Henna is for life, not just Christmas"?
Well no, probably not, because I've just made it up - but certainly, most hairdressers will insist once you've used henna on your hair you just have to let it grow out/have it cut off!
But Claire at Saks is very skilfully (taking care & time with strand-tests, etc) helping me to change my hair-colour to light brown with blonde highlights, even though I've been using Lush red henna for the last five years!*
I've been happily visiting Saks for almost a year now and the advice I've received about colour and cut has been spot-on!
Every member of staff I've dealt with has been extremely pleasant and very obliging.
The atmosphere in the salon itself has a nice calm feel and is beautifully clean and tidy.
Saks, Skipton is altogether a lovely hair salon and I thoroughly recommend it to everyone!

After not having my haircut for 6 months I decided to go back to Saks. Claire was very helpful and made me feel relaxed about having my haircut after such a long time. I was very pleased with the end result and have booked back in. Can highly recommend Saks Skipton and Claire......

Today the lovely Megan gave my hair a really good tidy up. I'm growing it and she is helping me look presentable while it goes through the 'in-between' phase. Everyone in there is so friendly and helpful and good at what they do. I'm a very happy customer!

My 12 year old daughter has just had her first haircut here and this was the best experience so far in Skipton. From the customer service to the cut and styling. We'll definitely be returning.

Been around half a dozen times now and really pleased with the results and advice. Thanks Claire and everyone!

Happy with colour and cut but not so impressed with the service. There for over 3 hours and only offered one drink. Dirty cup then left there for duration. Had to wait for stylist to finish someone else and sit there with wet hair. Staff were doing each other's hair rather than looking after the customers.

From start to finish Megan was the perfect professional. She made me feel comfortable and confident, listened to my ideas and made excellent suggestions. I left the salon feeling very pleased with my new hairstyle.
