Megan was lovely..reassured me and was calm and knowledgeable..love the colours she did..only thing I would give as constructive feedback is my fringe and the way it was cut..going back in February for next visit

John is an excellent hairdresser..no fuss..always cuts my hair brilliantly and he never tries to sell products or sugguests unnecessary colours. He is easy to chat to and funny!

Georgia is a fab stylist; she listened to what I wanted, and was very tentative throughout my whole appt to make sure I received the best care. Top class head massage, high quality cut, a great blow dry - and she went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with the cut / style every step of the way. My hair is very difficult to manage (thick) but it didn't phase Georgia, and she cut it exactly the way I had hoped for! She even said I can pop back for the weight lifting out/fringe trims for free so very happy with that. I'm very pleased and impressed with my new hair- thanks Georgia, I will ask for you to cut my bonce again! :) Charlotte x

Really good first appointment at your salon. I had to wait wait for 15-20 mins until my stylist was available but she apologised so that was just ok. I wasn't shown to the basin at one point so left in limbo, but another stylist directed me to the right basin. Other than these points I felt the stylist listened and understood my needs. I will go back.

John Goddard at Saks, Skipton is always abso excellent! Since I started having my hair cut, coloured & styled by John I always leave the salon looking & feeling 100%!
Today I asked him to colour just my parting to give me a lift for C'mas & the winter & to cut my bob shorter!! Wow!! It looks fantastic!!

First time at SAKS. Georgia cut my hair and I'm so happy with my new style! It actually suits me and people keep commenting how nice it looks but the best thing is that it's so much easier to look after. Definitely returning.

Amzazing! I was really anxious about trying a new hairdresser after being with my previous one 12 years but I'm thrilled with it!

I rang at short notice to make an appointment for wash and blow. When I arrived I changed my mind to include a cut aswell.

The greeting was very friendly, and they could accommodate my requirements.

Georgia was very proficient, yet friendly and approachable. Will definately be going back.

Saks Skipton kindly agreed to fit me in last minute after my usual hairdresser let me down before 3 important interviews this week. Georgia was very skilled & completed a lovely job, while being personable with it. I will definitely visit Saks again.

My first visit to Saks for a blow dry with Claire. Excellent all round. Thank you

Good consultation. I discussed the look I was going for. The stylist helpfully said it wouldn't suit me and I said that I liked her style a shoulder length slightly choppy Bob. She spent ages cutting and checking but it started getting shorter and more layers went in . I asked if I could have a wave on the ends. The stylist carefully used straighteners and the result looked good, but she used no product on the hair and I mentioned that my hair would drop she then sprayed hairspray and the result was different to what we had agreed but nice non the less. The wave was out 20 mins later and I realised ins side of my hair had quite blunt layers whilst the other side was unalayerd. My hair looks uneven and a bit wig like. I had bra length hair now I have an uneven mum Bob. It's a shame as the stylist seemed to know what she was doing if slightly off course from what we had discussed. I won't go back. To rectify would mean going shorter and that was not the look I wanted. A real disappointme

Brilliant first visit, everyone is friendly and I felt that my stylist listened to me, which I feel is hugely important as I have left salons in the past because they have insisted on doing my hair 'their way'.

Spent 3 luxurious pampering hours going from blonde to a fantastic copper red. Thanks Claire for an enjoyable experience, lovely cut and superb colour. Excellent service, really happy with the results. Everything was well explained, they listened carefully to what I requested and I'm looking forward to my next appointment.
