I booked a last minute appointment just before Christmas and was lucky to get a space. I didn't really know what I wanted doing with my hair (trim or a restyle) but Shawny was very patient and helpful and as a result I got a short blunt Bob I've wanted for ages! Really impressed; will be coming back, thank you.

I had my hair cut and q new colour applied and I am more than satisfied with the whole experience. John was amazing as was the head massage I received from a very polite young lady. Thanks Katrina.

I've been getting my hair cut by Jodie at Skipton Saks for over a year now and she also does my toddler's hair in the same appointment. Very happy with both the cut and service every time. I would happily recommend Jodie and the salon!

As a natural curly head - prone to frizz - I have had a number of unfortunate and down-right depressing hairdressing experiences. Thankfully these are now firmly in my past. Since I have been having my hair cut and coloured by Shawny, at Saks Skipton, I have received lots of compliments about my barnet. I now wear my hair with pride!

Been going to Shawny at Skipton Saks for a while. My first regular hairdresser as she always does a good job and suggests changes that suit when you want a change.

I am very happy with my haircut ???? but the jolly and lovely manner I was greeted by and by the way I feel afterwards (that is to say, much happier). Thank you! :)

This was my third visit to SAKS.John discusses with me what I want out if my style and what bugs me about my hair. He remembers what we've previously done but talks through with me what he thinks will work so I understand why he cuts my hair the way he does. My curly hair has different textures in it and he takes time to make sure he cuts it all as needed.

As always I loved my hair cut. Shawn is lovely and knows exactly what I want.

Excellent visit thank you. Happy smiley faces when I arrived. Offered a drink. Didn't have to wait long before shown to johns chair. Out on time.

Went for cut & blow dry with John on Weds 11th Remembrance Day. No wish to remember what my hair looked like beforehand; John as always with his magnificent skills turned me into a woman with a beautiful Bob! Met friend straight after & so impressed, wereturned to salon to book her appt for today In M&S after that was stopped by two strangers who admired my "beautiful hair". Thank you loads John for my great hair!! You're a star!

Today I had an appointment for a cut & style with Shawny
From the moment I arrived at the shop I was treated well . I was offered refreshment & taken to have my hair washed , the girl was courteous , chatty & gave me a head massage after the wash . The stylist was a good cutter, she first discussed with me what I wanted, then set about to complete my style
I was very happy with my experience & will make another appointment before Christmas

Not a prob with gem staff but nice to talk to a fellow bond fan
