I think it was Ashley who did my manicure. She was so friendly and professional and worked hard to give my hands and nails some much needed tlc!

Apologies to start with as I cannot remember the name of the therapist but she explained the treatment and benefits to me prior to commencing. The room was warm and comfortable and the shower was in the room which was all set up by therapist following scrub. Following shower I had a beautiful Elemis lotion applied to my skin which left is silky soft and hydrated. Thank you for such a great experience

I always feel a bit awkward that I like to just be quite and relax and not be chatty during a massage / facial. I didn’t feel awkward at all I felt the full spa effect. I was able to have some much needed me time and came away feeling relaxed and uplifted.

Fantastic staff at Avita- warm welcome from those on reception as well as the nurses, doctors and everyone else there. Debbie (the nurse who I see) really takes the time to listen to what you want so that she gets it right (and does). Highly recommend to anyone.

I’m happy with the service. Staff were friendly, the therapist explained the procedure and was competent and place was clean and pleasant. Next appointment was booked.

Excellent and professional Hormone Therapy appointment. Olivia explained everything about BHRT clearly and went through a comprehensive medical questionnaire with me to make sure that this was the correct treatment for me. She was extremely gentle when taking my bloods. She explained next steps and everything I need to know about the process.
I would highly recommend both Olivia and this service.

I went to Avita to get an awful skin tag removed from my eyelid. I was very self conscious about this but the staff were kind and professional. The procedure sounded awful but it was done so well and quickly it didn’t hurt at all. There is barely a mark and I left feel loads more confident ?
