Read more...I have been coming to this salon for years because its professional and friendly. My hair dresser Toni is outstanding. She really cares about giving you the final result you want and will give honest advice to make sure this is achieved. I always feel listened too and get the hair style I want.
Nothing is too much trouble and she is very attentive in checking how the colour is developing under the foils to make sure you get the colour you want. Advising whether a toner is needed during the washing stage and involving you in the cutting process to make sure you're happy with length and style.
Toni always advises on the latest products for sale in the salon and how they would improve the condition of the hair and maintain the colour at home for longer.
I always leave feeling like a new woman.
Lastly she is very personable and treats everyone with respect and is always very friendly. I've never found a better hair dresser.

I feel I need to start with the stylist was absolutely lovely and I cannot fault her manner at all. I came in with short hair which was undercut but outgrown. I showed the stylist two photographs of what I was looking which was a quite short messy pixie cut, as short as she liked up the back and sides because I have a funny hairline. She told me she didn't use the clippers and it would be cut with scissors which is absolutely fine but the way in which she cut it meant that it wasn't really short at all and she didn't cut round my ears or shape the points to my face, the top she took the very ends off and cut into a little so I basically ended up with a slightly shorter version of what I came in with which isn't what I really wanted. Now she did ask if everything was fine and I said yes because basically if she had given me a mullet I would have said yes it is fine because that is just me. I wondered if there was somewhere when you book online that you could put it is a short hairstyle wanted then you would be give a stylist that is happy to cut short hair. Again I must stress that the stylist was absolutely lovely.

Our stylist is as great as ever. Very professional, she produced fabulous results.
However the new gowns are not so good. For the first time I left the salon with trimmed hair all over the back of my neck and clothes because the gowns are put on like a medical gown and are fastened down the back! Bring back front fastening gowns please.

I had an appointment for a cut and blow dry. My grandchildren were with me aged 9 & 10. It was fantastic customer service we all received and it was really nice that Kirsty acknowledged my grandchildren by asking if they would like a hot chocolate as many retailers would not do this.
So pleased with my haircut and not only will I be back but my 2 grandchildren want to come back to get their hair cut.

Laura was awesome as always. Unfortunately my hair dye wasn’t fully washed out by the person washing my hair. My pillow cases/towel were stained as a result when I got home. This has never happened before. I wonder if it might have been to do with the persons long acrylic nails not being able to efficiently wash my hair & scalp properly. The dye was still dripping down my face following the hair wash prior to the cut.

This was my 2nd visit to the salon. I'm very impressed with Becca's style of cutting and colouring (my first visit was a C +C). She has a very professional, confident manner and has a clear understanding of what I want but more importantly, if that's achievable. As strange as it sounds, I also like that she chats during the treatment but isn't invasive personally. She gets the balance right.
