Charlotte always takes time to discuss what I would like and gives gentle advice. She is calm and relaxed and that's nice as I view this time as a chance to chill out and switch off for anchor or so.

It is always a pleasure to see Jane, she's cut my hair for over 25 years. She's amazing.
