Jane has been looking after my hair for over 25 years, which I think speaks for itself in that I am always delighted when I leave! On each and every visit I have been welcomed by Jane & the whole team, being made to feel a friend not just a customer. The team work and respect for one another is evident & we all know that comes from the top. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I changed jobs which meant I finish later and Jane has accommodated me without question. I love the salon experience & absolutely would recommend Saks Yarm to anyone.

Just to say when hair was washed the girl only had twi tuoes of shampoo and conditioner in kerestase ti wash my hair which were not specific to just having highlights on my hair. She anted your use a blonde shampoo purple which makes hair look grey and I am a warm blonde.
Just think for the price of saks there should not be a shortage of Correct products to use on clients hair.
