Love my hair, gorgeous staff, friendly atmosphere, professional as always!

Very happy with the balayage Charlotte did today. Can't fault this salon. All staff are so friendly. Charlotte always gives good advice with colour and style and been going to sacs for years now. Would definitely recommend this salon

Charlotte listens to what I want then delivers it. She gives good advice because she understands me and my hair..
The assistants are also good, having them there ensures a steady flow of customers through the salon. They are obviously well trained as they always know exactly what needs to be done.

I have been going to Jane for many years. She and her team are warm, friendly & welcoming always. They clearly all get on well & it makes for a wonderful atmosphere. Jane knows my little quirks and I always leave the salon feeling happy with my hair. Would thoroughly recommend this fabulous salon!

Even though the salon and Rachel was super busy I was greeted almost immediately and offered a drink. Rachel took time to consult with me to learn what my expectations were today. She ensured I was not left waiting long and gave me the perfect cut that I explained and I left with the feeling of being perfectly pampered. I look forward to my next appointment in Jan.

From arranging the appointment - thank you to wonderful wonderful Beth who made getting an appointment at the busiest time of year possible, and for making sure even though she was not available (she is superb and I was very hesitant to go with another stylist), that everything Rachel needed in terms of my colours etc was shared before the appointment. Rachel was a superstar. Warm, friendly, professional and amazing with my colours. The whole team are second to none. I really can’t recommend this salon highly enough.

Prior to moving to the area I’d been down south and had the same hairdresser for 15 years, it took me a long time to find a new hairdresser and had a couple of bad experiences before coming to Saks. Beth and the team do a fabulous job with my hair every time.

Yarm Saks is a lovely welcoming salon. Sean has done a lovely cut, colour and blow dry for me as always, never fails and a good chat too.

Jane is amazing, always bubbly and I look forward to every time I see her. You feel relaxed and important. She has cut my hair for 20 years plus. Everything about the salon is great.

Fantastic highlights as always

16 year old daughter went in for a semi permanent colour wash,I think I’ve selected the correct stylist. She recommended my daughter went for bleached highlights instead! Cost was £123. Result- practically unnoticeable apart from the texture of the hair that’s been bleached. Sent 3 e mails to express my concern and still waiting for a reply,not even an acknowledgement. Such a shame because her last visit with a different stylist, who recommended a colour wash and delivered just that was brilliant, hence the reason she went back.

Gorgeous colour and cut from Amy. Always a friendly smile and so knowledgeable about the colours and products. Amy makes you feel like a special customer every visit!

Always lovely to go there. Beth does a great job.
