Always bright, cheerful and friendly. Make sure you are comfortable, offered refreshments and magazines while waiting for your stylist. Amy always checks with me how I want my hair set, styled, which products I prefer etc. Always an enjoyable, relaxing experience.

My Salon experience today was lovely , it always is . I always feel vey welcome , and all the staff are very friendly. Rachel did a marvellous job , and a great head massage .

Amy (was Leigh) has been my stylist for a few years now. Always welcoming we discuss what I would like her to do with my hair. All salon staff are friendly and efficient.

I asked for simple re growth touch up. It is still visible because she used a semi permanent colour she also has changed the overall colour because she decided to run colour through the hair ((to cover any colour changes) and as for the hair cut absolutely awful and then she had someone else to style and f finish under my nose as I could visibly see the iun coloured roots hum £108 later

Very happy with the balayage Charlotte did today. Can't fault this salon. All staff are so friendly. Charlotte always gives good advice with colour and style and been going to sacs for years now. Would definitely recommend this salon

Charlotte listens to what I want then delivers it. She gives good advice because she understands me and my hair..
The assistants are also good, having them there ensures a steady flow of customers through the salon. They are obviously well trained as they always know exactly what needs to be done.

I have been going to Jane for many years. She and her team are warm, friendly & welcoming always. They clearly all get on well & it makes for a wonderful atmosphere. Jane knows my little quirks and I always leave the salon feeling happy with my hair. Would thoroughly recommend this fabulous salon!

Even though the salon and Rachel was super busy I was greeted almost immediately and offered a drink. Rachel took time to consult with me to learn what my expectations were today. She ensured I was not left waiting long and gave me the perfect cut that I explained and I left with the feeling of being perfectly pampered. I look forward to my next appointment in Jan.

From arranging the appointment - thank you to wonderful wonderful Beth who made getting an appointment at the busiest time of year possible, and for making sure even though she was not available (she is superb and I was very hesitant to go with another stylist), that everything Rachel needed in terms of my colours etc was shared before the appointment. Rachel was a superstar. Warm, friendly, professional and amazing with my colours. The whole team are second to none. I really can’t recommend this salon highly enough.

Prior to moving to the area I’d been down south and had the same hairdresser for 15 years, it took me a long time to find a new hairdresser and had a couple of bad experiences before coming to Saks. Beth and the team do a fabulous job with my hair every time.

Expectations were high for such a reputable salon and I was not disappointed. The time spent listening to my requests, the customer service, the attention to detail, the friendly environment, getting to meet the owner and of course…the end result, I am thrilled.
