Saks Hair York

I started my journey in May 2024 with stylist Jess. She started to lighten my hair after years of using dark coloured box dyes at home. Today was the second session and I felt obligated to say how much I appreciate her amazing customer service and her professional yet friendly attitude towards me. I’m never disappointed with the results, in fact I’m so happy I travel from Teeside just to get it done. I just wanted to recommend Jess as the quality of her work never disappoints and her general customer experience that she provides is brilliant. I would suggest Jess to anyone and everyone, as I will be using her in the future for definite.

I don’t usually write hair salon reviews, but wanted to share my experience going to Saks York and being so impressed with this salon. I became regular customer there with Louise the hairstylist who is exceptional for haircutting, colouring and styling. This salon is the ultimate example of excellence.

I always enjoy going to Saks hair salon in York. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Ashley is a brilliant hairdresser. He always cuts and styles my hair as I like it. Will definitely be back soon for the usual semi permanent colour.!

It never ceases to amaze me how good, professional & talented the Saks team are. From the moment you walk in you are treated so well and such a friendly welcome.

with very naturally curly hair it had been very hard to find a stylist that could cut and style my hair to wear everyday without tying it up, Holly totally understands my hair and the cut is always beautiful and easy to manage.
