Absolutely amazing! Really looked after my 2 year old daughter and made her feel like a princess! Took the stress out of taking a nervous toddler for a haircut :)

I took my 5 year old to the hairdresser for the 1st time. She was thrilled when she left.
The hairdresser was really nice with her and made her feel like she was having a grow up pamper session. She washed, cut, and styled her hair. She even had a head massage.

Wonderful experience as always. All the staff are extremely friendly and kind and Holly once again gave me a lovely cut and colour. Really appreciate the drinks, which keep on coming throughout the time there.

A big thank you to Jess who has done an incredible job with my dye job. Going from frazzled hair due to bleach and box dye, to somehow making my hair glossy and a beautiful colour is incredible. I didn't think it was salvageable, but she did such an excellent job. Thanks also to the girls who got me a coffee and spoke to me about my colour options during the consultation and appointment. Everyone was so so helpful, I really appreciate it x

From the moment you walk in, there is a warm welcome and you feel at ease. My colour from my previous visit had lasted brilliantly. I really value Robyn’s expert advice on colour. I had a relaxing colour, shampoo, treatment, head massage, cut and blow dry. Robyn cares about every detail and I feel that this shows in the end result.

This must be the best salon in the North of England. Nothing is too much trouble, you're always made extremely welcome and they're damned good at their jobs! I wouldn't go anywhere else and I've been using Saks York for 30+ years.
