I wanted my bang style cut back in but instead ended up with a bad trim it was very difficult to get her to cut anything off which left my long locks splitting and breaking which was weird £60 rip off could off cut it myself and made a better job for free
Hairdresser didn't listen to what I asked for went in for a trim on very long hair came out with a long Bob, even with that she also couldn't do a haircut with a side parting, was told she was trained and there was miss understanding, the quality of the misunderstood hair cut is appalling
no offer to refund or discounted future fix appointment
Avoid as salon standards have dropped will not be going back
Confidents shattered
Lovely friendly salon excellent colour and cut .
I really wanted to trust and love this salon i really did
But after choosing them to get hair extensions once they've had the money off you they don't care if your having issues or need maintenance the place is too busy to fit you in for appointments for their current customers that need regular appointments yet will constantly advertise available appointments for more new customers
the last straw was having my appointment cancelled twice because making a youtube video was more important
Never did get given a new appointment or ever bothered to get back to me
Since been else where to a actual professional specifically trained to do hair extensions to tell me the extensions are bad quality fitted badly and was ripped off for what i was charged
Went with my gf to get her hair dyed and trimmed, it won't happen again.
For +100£ my gf's hair looked like she did it herself in the bathroom.
I don't blame nobody, i just recognize when somebody is doing a mockery.
Never again folks.

If I could give more than 5stars I would . So friendly relaxing there work is amazing.
As I walked in I felt very welcomed and got hair dressed very quickly, what a great hairdressers, I would definetly go there again
