Second time visiting, receptionist was very friendly and offered me a hot drink. The young girl who washed my hair was very lethargic and didn’t offer a conversation, and Darcy who cut my hair was pleasant but seemed rushed as she was mid way doing a colour, and didn’t really want to talk, which made me feel a tad awkward. Overall I enjoy coming to the salon as it’s a treat for me, but was a little disheartened by my visit today after paying £25 for a trim. The receptionist was so friendly and welcoming but other service lacked enthusiasm and customer service.

Nothing is too much trouble at this salon, friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Really pleased once again with the result Alijca has done a lovely colour and finish and all at a great price - highly recommend this salon

I was asked what i would like doing, my hair wash washed , dried and then the amount i had asked to be taken off ends wss done, thinned out and yhen refineshed just as i had asked.. yhank you so much for a great experience.

My long hair was pulled while brushing after a wash. Because of my hair length it took long time to brush (it was unexpected to a hairdresser ) and there was other lady waiting already after me so hairdresser try to finish it off me quickly which ended brushing fast and not with the full care of my hair. Also I was surprised why have been used small detangled brush only but not a detangled comb for a long hair? I understand hairdresser she try to do her best at her knowledge but I really hope Turner&Warren can invest money in their staff trainings, quality.
By the way you always give a nice cup of coffee. :)

It was the first time I have been to this salon and overall I found it very good and would be happy to go again. After recently moving to the area I’d had a disaster cut at the previous hairdressers I’d tried which left it looking straggly and like it hadn’t been cut. Turner and Warren managed to rectify this and I came out feeling like I’d had a proper job done with smooth sleek ends. The only downside was that the finish wasn’t the best. I have curly hair naturally so it needs straightening top to bottom in sections, which wasn’t the case. However, since so much time had been done on the cut I took it as they were running out of time. I was so impressed with the cut this didn’t bother me too much and I will definitely be going again.

A lovely welcoming salon. All the staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Frankie really listens to what I want to achieve with my hair and I am always pleased with the results.

I had been dying my hair from shop bought dyes for a while it had become black over time. I went in for a a colour lift, I was told they were unsure whether it would take to my black hair. I was not pleased with the result, a little distraught as I had a party to go to the next night. It was 9pm already. The salon offered to darken my hair then & there and combed the colour through. I was there til 10.30pm. I am so pleased with the colour, they were professional and patient. They said they want their customers to leave happy. I will definitely be going back.

I had foils done today by Alicja followed by a cut and finish. The whole service incl the consult in advance was very professional and all my requests handled precisely and to perfection, despite me changing my mind half way through the appointment. I'm more than happy about the result and I can only recommend the service Alicja provided.
