This salon is great - found it 5 years ago when we moved here and have found all of the girls so nice, friendly and very helpful with advice. Frankie does my hair now and she is fantastic, always helps me decide what to do - i’ve recently had to go from a lifetime of brunette to a blonde (due to grey!!) and she made it easy for me, I trust her and she’s done a great job! First visit to Turner & Warren and I wasn't disappointed. Frankie was my stylist & she made me feel very welcome. Nothing was to much trouble & she listened to what I wanted checking with me at every stage of the cut that I was happy. Brilliant!! ???

Absolutely fantastic make-up lesson/tutorial. I was slightly apprehensive beforehand but my nerves were but at ease. Everyone was very friendly & I was talked step by step through the process & everything was explained very clearly. I was really impressed & came away feeling I had learnt lots & was able to ask the 101 questions I had without feeling judged...also helpful advice re buying products but without any sales pressure. Thank you very much - I will certainly be passing on recommendations!

I totally love getting my hair done with Turner and Warren. I never liked going to a salon but with these guys I feel relaxed and not at all intimidated. I've been going for years now and treat the girls as friends, they listen to what I need and offer only the best advice even if I don't want to hear it.

Lush, Charlotte didn't scalp my long hair as expected and the salon is gorgeous, actually looking forward to my next appointment despite going to the hairdressers less than twice a yr usually! Highly recommend xxxxx

I have been visiting the salon since last year after struggling to find a regular stylist. Havnt looked back since. Everything about Turner & Warren is perfection & i love my time there. I tried the new Redken Heat Cure this week & it is amazing! First time i have been able to get a comb straight through my hair after washing it for a long time! That in itself is a miracle ? Thank you all & can't wait for my next visit! ?

Love coming to the salon every month. Always leave feeling like I've been pampered and Charlotte is a very talented stylist who gets my hair perfect everytime. Won't even attempt to go anywhere else :-)
